Mainstream asset pricing models are all inappropriate when they consistently insist on applying one single model to deal with a reality filled with different aspects of asset pricing. In addition, those models also treat the right environment variable too lightly hence can not rightly do the job of asset pricing. In this study, based on the portfolio theory and the principle of supply and demand, a more reasonable asset pricing system including five different models will be suggested to provide a necessary function of automatic price stabilization and to better serve our financial market.

Economics can be more practical if relationship and risk, as well as scarcity and abundance, are considered key elements in economic analyses. By applying relations and risks through MPT, the long and difficult task of introducing an appropriate economic environment into a balanced pricing model can become a reality. Accordingly, both individual and social rationality can function independently and a strong balancing effect can be established without any governmental intervention in the pricing model. Alternatively, a more philosophical approach is required for revealing the content of key natural laws in macroeconomics. Several ancient conceptual schemes and doctrines that are well known among Chinese people are suggested to serve this purpose. The conclusion from this study is that the evolution of the global economy still complies with key natural laws in macroeconomics; however, severe violation of key natural laws in microeconomics requires immediate remedy.

The aim of this study is to suggest a more practical method for explaining market equilibrium in a two-dimensional risk-return world. Its main difference from textbook contents is to define, in both qualitative and quantitative ways, the environment or the system factor and treat it as an endogenous variable. Once the two-dimensional framework that is capable of managing uncertainty and environmental relationship can be reasonably established, a greater number of economic issues can be effectively investigated. As to the traditional concept of economic equilibrium, its importance can be significantly reduced.

Human activity causes extensive destruction to nature. However, nature is necessary to us; continuing to damage it regardless of consequence is unwise. Microeconomic and macroeconomic natural laws were introduced by [1], but the global economy is not operating in compliance with the microeconomic natural law. If ignorance of the importance and feasibility of the microeconomic natural law is the reason for the global economy to not adhere to it, then more explanations must be provided. The current mainstream school of economics has already resolved the threat of resource scarcity; therefore, reinforcing the shortage of this school is necessary to undertake the new mission of addressing the threat of environmental destruction.

To rewrite our economics textbooks, we must begin by describing more realistically what is occurring for a producer. Moreover, when uncertainty or risk is taught, the Markowitz portfolio theory must be referred to for association. This study shows that, by applying both elements of the expected rate of return on investment and portfolio theory, a vast range of supply issues, including several from accounting to management and production to economic development, can all be logically explained
