Об'єктом дослідження є продукти реакції конденсації фенолу, формальдегіду та сульфіту натрію у водному середовищі, з метою отримання водорозчинних нетоксичних продуктів на його основі, що можна запропонувати для використання в якості поверхнево-активних речовин. В ході дослідження вивчали вплив умов проведення реакції (співвідношення компонентів, температури і часу процесу) на якість отриманих продуктів та їх токсикологічні характеристики. Підібрано оптимальне співвідношення вихідних реагентів фенол : формальдегід : сульфіт натрію : вода, яке дозволяє отримати продукт з поверхнево-активними властивостями та у складі якого не містяться речовини, що можуть бути шкідливими для здоров'я. Було рекомендовано час процесу конденсації в межах 1 години, підібрана оптимальна температура реакції 130 °С. Якісні характеристики отриманого продукту дозволяють рекомендувати застосування його в якості аніоноактивної поверхнево-активної речовини. Для цього було вивчено симптомологічні та токсикологічні властивості новорозробленої поверхнево-активної речовини-продукту конденсації фенолу, формальдегіду та сульфіту натрію у водному середовищі. На основі проведених досліджень встановлено, що при введенні в шлунок піддослідних білих щурів-самок таких поверхнево-активних речовин спостерігається слабка подразнювальна їх дія на слизові оболонки та шкіру. За критерієм смертності, при одноразовому пероральному введенні (ЛД 50), шкідливої дії речовини на щурів не відмічено. За результатами досліджень, продукт можна віднести до IV класу небезпеки (малобезпечні речовини) згідно з ГОСТ 12.1.007. Згідно з токсикологічними висновками, отриманий продукт можна рекомендувати для використання як текстильно-допоміжну речовину, у технологічних операціях відбілювання, фарбування і друкування тканин, що стикуються зі шкірою людини. А також як добавки до бетонних сумішей, що використовуються у будівельній промисловості та інших галузях промисловості. Literature review and problem statement Among all surface-active substances, the anion SAS enjoyed the greatest demand on the world market in 2019, due to their low price [2]. Synthetic multifunctional anion-active SASs have been the leaders in terms of their application in many sectors of national economies. These are the unique surfactants because they represent water-soluble polymers with several functional groups [3]. In the industry, they are used in the production of finishing forms of dyes and pigments [4-6], when coloring fabrics, paper, leather. They are the plasticizers of concrete mixtures [7] used in residential, industrial construction, and the construction of highways [8]. Об'єктом дослідження є 6-метилурацил-5-сульфохлориду та синтези на його основі моно-і дизаміщених сульфонамідів. Синтезовано ряд нових сполук, які не описані в літературі, тому не виключна можливість, що серед синтезованих сполук знайдуться і такі, які можуть в певній мірі проявляти і біологічну активність. Виявлено дві проблеми, які вирішувалися в процесі дослідження. До першої проблеми належить те, що більшість попередніх робіт характеризувалися низьким виходом метилурацилсульфохлориду і це стримувало його широке використання в органічному синтезі. Підібравши певні умови синтезу, тобто проводячи реакцію взаємодії метилурацилу з хлорсульфоновою кислотою в середовищі інертного органічного розчинника (дихлоретан, тетрахлорметан, хлороформ), вдалося досягти виходу МУСХ понад 96 %. Другим проблемним місцем виявилася взаємодія МУСХ з амінами. Виявилося, що для підвищення виходу продукту реакції синтез краще проходить в середовищі інертних органічних розчинників (діоксан, диметилформамід, диметилсульфоксид) в присутності основ (сода, поташ, ацетат натрію). Гарні результати отримані при проведені синтезу в піридині, який одночасно служить і розчинником, і основою. Для підтвердження будови та складу отриманих сполук використовували фізико-хімічні методи аналізу (ІЧ-та ЯМР-спектроскопію), а також дані елементного складу. Отримано ряд нових, не описаних в літературі, сульфонамідів. Це пов'язано з тим, що запропонований метод має ряд особливостей, зокрема, запропоновано новий метод введення сульфохлоридної групи в ароматичні сполуки. Завдяки цьому забезпечується можливість отримання нових органічних препаратів, які можуть знайти певне застосування в різних галузях промисловості. У порівнянні з аналогічними відомими методами це забезпечує такі переваги, як збільшення виходу продуктів реакції, їх чистота та індивідуальність, доступність методу синтезу та ряд інших переваг. Проведено дослідження реакції взаємодії аліфатичних і ароматичних спиртів з 6-метилурацил-5-сульфохлоридів (МУСХ). Показано, що зручніше за все проводити взаємодію 6-метилурацил-5-сульфохлоріда з попередньо приготованим алкоголятом в надлишку вихідного спирту. Попередні дослідження (використання програми РААS) показали, що серед отриманих сполук є такі, що проявляють антиоксидантні властивості і можуть бути використані в якості цитостатиків. ключові слова: біологічно активні сполуки, синтез алкілсульфонатів на основі 6-метилурацил-5-сульфохлориду та алкоголятів, реакційна здатність.
