The rate of human population growth is accompanied by increasing technology to facilitate human work, one of which is transportation. With the application of environmentally friendly technology, many electric motor-based transportation tools have emerged. Autoped Electric Vehicle (OTEV) is a means of transportation that uses a battery as a power source to drive it. Intended for outdoor use so that it is considered effective by using solar energy as a backup source other than PLN. The charging source uses a hybrid system between PV and PLN which is regulated by relays and contacts on the gas handle. When the contact is in the on position, the source of charging can be done using PLN. And when the contact is in the off position, the charging source will be connected to the solar panel. The test results have been successfully implemented as planned.Abstrak -Tingkat pertumbuhan populasi manusia diiringi dengan meningkatnya teknologi untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia salah satunya adalah transportasi. Dengan mulai diterapkannya teknologi ramah lingkungan, banyak bermunculan alat transportasi berbasis motor listrik. Otoped Electric Vehicle (OTEV) adalah salah satu alat transportasi yang menggunakan aki sebagai sumber power untuk menggerakkannya. Diperuntukkan untuk di luar ruangan sehingga dinilai efektif dengan menggunakan sumber energi cahaya matahari sebagai sumber cadangan selain dari PLN. Sumber pengecasan menggunakan sistem hibrid antara PV dan PLN yang diatur oleh relay dan kontak pada handle gas. Ketika kontak pada posisi on, sumber pengecasan dapat dilakukan menggunakan PLN. Dan ketika kontak dalam posisi off, sumber pengecasan akan terhubung dengan panel surya. Pada hasil pengujian telah berhasil diterapkan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan.
