The paper looks at the process of systematization of Kazakhstan’s legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity and problems associated with that. Based on comparison with specific regulations of the CIS member countries that observe codified laws in the field of entrepreneurship, the paper focuses on the necessity to accurately forecast the effect exerted by systematization of legislation and choosing its optimal form. The authors ascertain the fact that there is no doctrinal justification for performing systematization works, which results in the unreasonable use of particular public relations while enforcing legal regulation. In this regard, the article proposes to design a doctrine of systematization of the national legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurship. This will exclude redundant elements in the legal regulation system, thereby ensuring its normal functioning.
The article reveals the results of the research on the topic ‘Constitutional and legal problems of compliance with international electoral standards in national law’. Critical remarks and recommendations of international observers are analyzed, problems of improvement of legal norms in the field of electoral law in Kazakhstan legislation are considered. The problems of legal consolidation of electoral rights of citizens, as well as the main directions of development of these rights in accordance with international standards are considered.
This article sets the task to consider the main issues of the formation and development of the legal framework of the regional integration association of states – the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The development of international economic integration is impossible without a legal framework, since it is through bilateral and multilateral treaties, as well as domestic legislation, that the states parties to international economic integration carry out political decisions and ideas into real life. Prospects for the development of the Eurasian Economic Union require an analysis of new approaches to integration interaction, as well as the solution of certain legal problems. First of all, it concerns the legal support of the functioning of both the EAEU itself and the enactment of acts of its bodies. This article focuses on solving many legal problems in the framework of the implementation of customs cooperation between the Member States of the Union, as well as the adoption of national acts, the introduction of changes and amendments to national legislation.
