Megalencephaly-capillary malformation-polymicrogyria syndrome (MCAP), previously known as macrocephaly-cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita and macrocephaly-capillary malformation syndrome, is a rare multiple-malformation syndrome that is characterized by progressive megalencephaly, capillary malformations of the midline face and body, or distal limb anomalies such as syndactyly. Herein, we report a female infant case that satisfies the recently proposed criteria of MCAP and describe the distinctive neuroradiological and morphological features. We have also reviewed recently published reports and the diagnostic criteria proposed by various authors in order to facilitate the clinical diagnosis of these children in pediatric neurology clinics.
A startup airline is motivating its flight attendants to do voluntary and effective safety behavior as well as setting up safety culture in its organization at the same time in the early stage of revenue-flight service due to the lack of flight operation experience compared to competing airlines. Based on the sample of flight attendants from a startup airline, this paper tried to perform empirical analysis which focused on relationship among safety leadership, safety motivation and safety behavior. According to empirical analysis, it was proven psychological resources had a significantly positive effect on work engagement. Work engagement is proven to have a significantly positive effect on both flight attendants' safety motivation and their safety work. It was also implied that flight attendants couldn't understand a contradictory attitude of their leaders because leaders had them focus on safety work engagement while not providing enough human resource and capital. In addition, it was found leader's excessive emphasizing safety policy might not result in flight attendants' safety behavior.
Recently, even though firefighting operations are supposed to be incorporated into single body IAW restructuring of the government organizations, in terms of efficiency it is still difficult to find any significant improvements due to the centrally and locally segregated operating bodies and also, as with organizations firefighting manpowers are divided nationally and locally, which results in differing firefighting functioning.Although governments firefighting bodies are changed to operate better, there are always limitations in firefighting operations. This study explores firefighting organizations, manpower, equipment and operations itself to optimize firefighting operations, and ultimately, to provide the future-oriented functions and roles of the firefighting aviation corps.
