ResumenEstudio no experimental de tipo transeccional descriptivo cuyo objetivo fue identificar los factores asociados a ideación suicida en una muestra de 258 universitarios con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 24 años, pertenecientes a una universidad ubicada en el departamento de Boyacá; a partir del inventario de ideación suicida positiva y negativa (PANSI), la Escala de autoevaluación para la depresión de Zung (SDS), la Escala de impulsividad de Barratt (BIS), el Cuestionario de dependencia emocional (CDE), la Escala de eventos vitales estresantes (EEVA) y una ficha sociodemográfica. El análisis de resultados indican que el 31 % de la población participante presentó ideación suicida, hallándose a partir de las pruebas U de Mann-Whitney y Kruskal Wallis, que el estado civil unión libre, los eventos vitales estresantes, la dependencia emocional, la impulsividad y la depresión son factores asociados a ideación en universitarios. AbstractTransactional descriptive non-experimental study aimed to identify factors associated with suicidal ideation in a sample of 258 college students aged between 18 and 24 years old, belonging to a university located in the Boyacá state; through the Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation Inventory (PANSI), the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS), Emotional Dependency Questionnaire (CDE), Stressful Life Events Scale (EEVA) and a socio-demographic questionnaire. The analysis results indicate 31 % of the participant population had suicidal ideation, being from the U Mann-Whitney and Kruskal Wallis, the common law marital status, stressful life events, emotional dependency, impulsivity and depression are factors associated with suicidal ideation in college.

RESUMENEsta investigación, de tipo descriptivo, permite conocer y analizar las características generales asociadas con el abandono de los pacientes al proceso terapéutico del Centro de Estudios y Atención Psicológica (CEAPSY) de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC); se estudian los factores asociados con las características del paciente, el terapeuta, la terapia, y el contexto, a partir del análisis de historia clínica y entrevistas telefónicas a los consultantes. El porcentaje de deserción es del 88% de los casos recibidos, con una frecuencia de alrededor del 30% del total de casos para cada categoría de causas estudiadas; respecto a los factores predisponentes del abandono, no se ha logrado tener claridad sobre la influencia de características tales como edad, sexo, nivel educativo o social, sin embargo, se encuentra un nivel deserción asociado a mas de una variable de estudio como por ejemplo, la edad, la fase del proceso en el que se encuentra el consultante y los determinantes del contexto, entre otros.Palabras clave: Deserción terapéutica, alianza terapéutica, enganche.Artículo recibido/Article
Se trata de una investigación documental, cuyo objetivo fue identificar el estado de la psicología de la salud en Colombia durante los años 2012 a 2018, a partir de la información disponible sobre grupos de investigación y programas de formación en psicología. Los resultados indican que 183 universidades ofertan el programa de pregrado en psicología, de los cuáles 61 incluyen asignaturas relacionadas con psicología de la salud; así mismo, existen siete programas de formación posgradual y tres de formación continuada sobre esta especialidad; respecto a los grupos de investigación en psicología, se identifican 177, de los cuales, 52, investigan sobre psicología de la salud, siendo más frecuente los temas relacionados con evaluación y en menor medida, los afines con gerencia en salud. Se concluye, que existe un incremento en el número de grupos de investigación y de programas en los diferentes niveles de formación profesional en psicología de la salud, identificando mayor interés en la evaluación por encima de la intervención y diferencias entemas de interés y número de horas por asignaturas, independientemente del nivel de formación.
Estudio no experimental, de tipo descriptivo-correlacional, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación existente entre los patrones de personalidad patológica y la conducta delictiva, en 127 participantes hombres, con rango de edad entre 20 y 59 años y pertenecientes a un centro penitenciario de Colombia; a partir de la aplicación del Inventario Clínico Multiaxial de Millon-III (MCMI-III), en su adaptación española y la revisión de la tipología de la conducta delictiva, establecida en el Código Penal Colombiano. Los resultados a partir del coeficiente de correlación ETA indicaron una correlación significativa, entre los patrones patológicos compulsivo (.67), autodestructivo (.66), y evitativo (.64), con la conducta delictiva. Adicionalmente, se determinó que el 44,6% puntuó en más de dos escalas; los patrones clínicos narcisista y compulsivo, la patología grave de la personalidad paranoide, el síndrome clínico bipolar y el síndrome clínico grave de trastorno delirante se identificaron como los más prevalentes y se discutió su relación de acuerdo al tipo de delito.
