A method for the synthesis of vinyl selenides via Cu-catalyzed three-component reactions of arylboronic acids, Se powder and diarylethylenes has been developed. The reaction proceeds via addition of in situ generated seleniumcentered radical to carbon-carbon double bond. This method highlights the use of easily accessible Se powder as selenium source in the construction of vinyl selenides for the first time.
We report an Ag-catalyzed one-pot
three-component reaction of alkynone
o
-methyloxime,
element selenium, and boronic acid, providing
a facile route to selenated isoxazole product. This protocol features
high efficiency, wide substrate scope, and the use of selenium powder
as the selenium source.
Ag2O-promoted ring-opening reactions of cyclopropenones with oximes is disclosed in this work. The reaction undergoes unprecedented rearrangement via tandem N−O and C−C bond cleavage as well as C-O and C−N...
