Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendekatan personal berbasis karakter terhadap kepuasan kerja di Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji beda. Diperoleh jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 28 orang. Rata-rata nilai awal kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah 184 dengan standar deviasi 41,664. Dan pada nilai akhir, rata-rata kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah 241 dengan standar deviasi 13,700. Terlihat perbedaan mean antara nilai awal dan nilai akhir sebesar 57, hasil uji statistik t-test didapatkan nilai p 0,000, maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh pendekatan personal berbasis karakter terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di jurusan kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya.
Pendidikan karakter merupakan tanggung jawab bersama di setiap ruang lingkup pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan, seperti sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan karakter. Untuk itu, pendidikan karakter di Indonesia membutuhkan kerja kolektif yang melibatkan semua elemen bangsa. Pendidikan nilai karakter dapat dilihat pada dua latar, yaitu pada latar makro dan pada latar mikro. Latar makro bersifat nasional yang mencakup keseluruhan konteks perencanaan dan implementasi pembinaan nilai karakter yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Secara makro pembinaan karakter terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi hasil. Kajian ini menekankan bahwa peran keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat merupakan kolaborasi penting dalam pendidikan karakter. Oleh sebab itu, sangat direkomendasikan adanya kerjasama yang secara nyata diwujudkan dalam proses pendidikan karakter.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Karakter, Keluarga, Sekolah, Masyarakat
Professional is a character value that must be possessed by every profession included midwife. It is important to know what factors contribute to build the character of professional midwife, and what the most factor contribute to character professional midwife. The objective of this study was to analyze the factors contributing to professional midwife character of students in midwifery department. The subject of study were all students in midwifery department health polytechnic between August, 2018 and November, 2019, were included in this study a total of 353 students. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires, and data analysis used the Pearson Correlation test and multiple regression. The results showed that some of respondent characteristics (Program, Class Level, Ideals, Parents condition) have correlation with professional midwife character. Likewise the values of motivation, caring, professional wisdom, self-development, interpersonal competence and professional competence have a correlation with professional midwife character. Other factors, professional character building in learning process, institutional culture, extracurricular activities and student organizations have correlation with professional midwife character. And of all these factors, professional competence is the most contributing factor to professional midwife character. The conclusion from this study that the factor that most contributes to the character of professional midwives is professional competence.
The Antenatal Class aims to increase knowledge, change attitudes and behavior of mothers about the health. Antenatal class in normal situations can be carried out routinely, becoming difficult to carry out during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pregnancy consultations and education classes for pregnant women can use the telemedicine application and continuing education through chat [1]. The platform commonly used by the public today is the WhatsApp application. The holding of antenatal class activities using the whatsApp application is a breakthrough so that the purpose of holding antenatal class can be achieved. This study wanted to find out how the implementation model of antenatal class was online using the WhatsApp application. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The design of this study used a pretest posttest one group design. The research was carried out in the working area of the Kahuripan Public Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The data collection techniques used were: interviews, filling out questionnaires using google form. Data analysis was carried out through the following stages: editing, coding, tabulation, analyzed using a univariable computer program and bivariable using a different test. The results of the study obtained that most of the respondent's data were in the age group of 30-34 years (44%). The education of pregnant women is mostly found in the high school and college education groups (43%). The average value of the initial knowledge of pregnant women is 78.06 with a standard deviation of 9.30. And at the final score, the average knowledge of pregnant women is 88.00 with a standard deviation of 4.66. The results of the statistical test obtained p-value of 0.000, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the implementation of the antenatal class online on the knowledge of pregnant women. Based on the results of the quantitative test, the Implementative Model of the antenatal class online can be used during the Covid-19 pandemic using the WAG or other platforms that are in accordance with the characteristics of pregnant women and the conditions of their respective regions.
