Goat diarrheal feces were subjected to metagenome analysis by the next-generation sequencing. Nucleotide sequences with homology to enteroviruses were obtained. Primers for RT-PCR were designed based on the nucleotide sequence of these sequences at the 5'-untranslated region, and we determined 563 bp nucleotide sequences that showed homology to bovine-like and ovine enteroviruses (77-87 %). We named the virus detected in this study goat enterovirus G1 (GEV-G1). In the phylogenetic analysis, GEV-G1 belonged to a cluster containing ovine enteroviruses. To our knowledge, this is the first report on nucleotide sequences of an enterovirus infecting Japanese goats.

This study was aimed at developing mathematical model of caprine arthritis encephalitis (CAE) and considering effective measures to prevent CAE's infection spread. This model took account of the fluctuation of infection rate due to seasonal breeding. New CAE model was constructed based on the sexually transmitted disease (STD) model. The new model was implemented the new function represented cyclical changes of infection rate to include the changes of the seasonal breeding. And definition equation of basic reproductive numbers (R 0 ) was constructed in reference previous study. In order to consider effective measures to prevent CAE's infection, the spread of CAE's infection was performed simulation.

To supply a stable and efficient electricity, small-scaled wind turbine's brake system plays an immense role in various wind speeds. Small-wind power generation systems are difficult to operate in strong wind region since the turbine could be over-rotated and damaged if the brake system is not robust enough to maintain a stable angular velocity. Most of the smallscaled wind turbines use friction brakes to control the turbine speed for a stable electricity output. Since the friction brake are run out of time and needs frequent maintenance and eventually replacement, we introduce an eddy current based wind turbine brake system which is contactless with the rotor as an alternative to the friction brake system. The advantage of the proposed brake system is that the energy loss due to the friction will be reduced and will be more durable than the friction brake. The flow of this study is at first we did the analogical experiment of blade destruction to set to the maximum allowed angular velocity. Later, in order to verify the performance and stability requirement the mathematical implementation of eddy current brake system have done in DC-Green house for various wind penetration. Eventually the feasibility of eddy current brake system is confirmed in simulation results.

However, the growth process of mangoes is susceptible to changes in sunshine, temperature, and other factors. In this research, to produce mangoes without being influenced by the natural environment, we will develop a production system that can positively realize environmental measurement and control by using an IoT sensing system. Specifically, we introduced local CO2 application technology and a supplemental LED lighting system with the aim of activating photosynthesis by mango trees.
