L'hydatidose est une affection parasitaire liée au développement chez l'homme de la forme larvaire d'un cestode, à savoir un tænia de très petite taille dénommé Echinococcus Granulosus. Cette anthropozoonose présente une diversité de formes anatomoradiologiques lié aux nombreux aspects topographiques et évolutifs des kystes. L'hydatidose osseuse est rare, elle ne représente que 0,9 à 2,5% de l'ensemble des localisations. Nous rapportons l'observation d'un enfant de 9 ans, qui a été admis chez nous pour une boiterie fébrile avec une masse au niveau de la fosse iliaque droite, révélant un kyste hydatique au dépend de l'os iliaque. Le bilan lésionnel avait objectivé un kyste hydatique de l'os iliaque avec extension aux parties molles adjacentes. Le traitement chirurgical conclu a un kyste surinfecté d'ou la réalisation d'une exérèse chirurgicale du kyste avec drainage. L'ostéopathie hydatique est infiltrante, diffuse, lente et progressive, ce qui rend le diagnostic tardif et qui compromet la qualité du traitement.
La myosite ossifiante circonscrite (MOC) est une ossification hétérotopique des muscles striés. Sa localisation au niveau du coude est rare. Elle survient chez le sujet jeune, souvent suite à un traumatisme comme elle peut se développer également en dehors de tout traumatisme. Sa localisation prédominante est au niveau des muscles les plus volumineux de la racine des membres (fessiers, deltoïde) ou les plus exposés aux chocs direct (plus de 40 % des cas post-traumatiques sur le quadriceps). Nous proposons d’illustrer à partir d’une observation, les aspects que réalise la myosite ossifiante circonscrite en radiologie conventionnelle, en tomodensitométrie afin d’éviter la confusion diagnostique potentielle avec une tumeur osseuse maligne.

L'épiphysiolyse fémorale supérieure (EFS) correspond à un glissement de l'épiphyse fémorale supérieure par rapport au col fémoral qui le plus souvent se fait en arrière et en dedans, sous l'effet du poids du corps. Cette affection survient le plus fréquemment lors de la puberté. Nous rapportons le cas d’un enfant atteint de paralysie cérébrale avec spasticité des quatre membres, ce qui représente une entité très rare.
La fracture de Galeazzi associe une fracture de la diaphyse radiale avec une luxation radio-ulnaire distale, le plus souvent dorsale. Il s’agissait d’une étude rétrospective réalisée dans le service d’orthopédie traumatologie pédiatrique de l’hôpital mère enfant au CHU Hassan II de Fès (Maroc). L’étude portait sur cinq enfants de sexe masculin dont quatre cas ont été traités orthopédiquement avec une réduction chirurgicale dans le dernier cas. Le recul moyen est de 24 mois (8-30).
