Coronavirus (CoV) adalah virus yang menginfeksi sistem pernapasan. Infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19. COVID-19 di Indonesia dilaporkan pertama kali pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 sejumlah dua kasus. Munculnya pandemi global COVID-19 menimbulkan stigma negatif bagi penderita maupun keluarganya. Stigma merupakan suatu istilah yang menggambarkan suatu keadaan atau kondisi terkait sudut pandang atas sesuatu yang dianggap bernilai negatif. Biasanya stigma ada pada beban penyakit. Stigma dalam konteks kesehatan adalah hubungan negatif antara seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang berbagi karakteristik tertentu dan penyakit tertentu. Banyak pasien memang sulit untuk mengungkap riwayatnya karena stigma terhadap pasien COVID-19 dan kondisi sosial masyarakat. Tak hanya berbohong, keluarga pasien justru marah ketika ditanyai mengenai riwayat kontak. Salah satu penyebab mereka berbohong adalah arus informasi mengenai virus corona yang sangat masif. Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan minimnya literasi mengenai kesehatan, di mana masyarakat tidak dibiasakan berhadapan dengan data yang seimbang. Untuk membantu pemerintah dan pihak kesehatan menganalisis para pasiennya, maka setidaknya ada 4 sebutan orang terkait COVID-19, yaitu: Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP), Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) atau suspek, Orang Tanpa Gejala (OTG), dan positif COVID-19. Pemerintah telah melakukan upaya dalam menekan penyebaran COVID-19 melalui beberapa cara. Setelah resmi dideklarasikan sebagai pandemik global, WHO segera memberikan 30 pesan yang dikelompokkan menjadi 6 (enam) grup pesan terkait COVID-19. Kabar atau informasi yang baik, menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung kesembuhan. Kalau ada yang positif jangan di stigma, bila perlu membantu apabila ada ODP di wilayah kita, yang kiranya harus karantina mandiri, harus saling support demi kesembuhannya.
Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia menempati peringkat kelima terbesar di dunia. Data Riset kesehatan dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013 menunjukkan prevalensi stunting dalam lingkup nasional sebesar 37,2 persen, terdiri dari prevalensi pendek sebesar 18,0 persen dan sangat pendek sebesar 19,2 persen. Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2018 menunjukkan Prevalensi stunting turun 6,4% dari 37,2% pada tahun 2013 menjadi 30,8% namun hal itu tetap menjadi masalah kesehatan karena Indonesia merupakan negara nomor empat dengan angka stunting tertinggi di dunia. Lebih kurang sebanyak 9 juta atau 37,0% balita Indonesia mengalami stunting (Widyakarya Nasional Pangan dan Gizi, 2018). Prevalensi balita stunting di provinsi Gorontalo tahun 2019 sebesar 32%. Di Kabupaten Pohuwato Tahun 2017 sebesar 33,2%, tahun 2018 sebesar 8% dan tahun 2019 sebesar 7,43%. Hasil riset kesehatan dasar terakhir prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Pohuwato sudah masuk zona hijau tetapi masih jauh dari target yang ditetapkan yaitu 0% pada tahun 2025. Salah satu upaya penanggulangan stunting pada balita adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan penanggulangan stunting serta edukasi dalam pemberian makanan tambahan dengan memanfaatkan bahan makanan bersumber daya lokal salah satunya jagung. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat membantu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat mengenai stunting dan meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting melalui pengolahan bahan pangan bergizi berbasis sumber daya pangan lokal.
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by high blood sugar levels resulting in impaired insulin secretion and resistance. This study aims to determine the relationship between overweight and the incidence of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the working area of North Bulango Public Health Center in 2020. This study used an analytical observational research design with a Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this study were all patients with degenerative diseases at the North Bulango Health Center in 2020, namely 1,219 people and the number of samples was 144 people using purposive sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square. Respondents who experienced the incidence of type 2 DM were 66.7% and the least that did not experience or were not type 2 DM was 33.3%. Most of the respondents who are overweight are 61.1% and not overweight are 38.9%. The results of bivariate analysis showed p value = 0.000 which indicates that excess body weight is associated with the incidence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact in all lives and is continuing. Some of the efforts to prevent transmission are to continue monitor health protocols. This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of health protocols in public places during the Covid 19 pandemic in Gorontalo District. This research was conducted in three sub-districts in Gorontalo district with different areas. This research uses a quantitative design, with a descriptive survey research type. The population in this study are public places that include government offices, private offices, places of worship, markets / centers, and terminals. The results of the analysis showed that the health protocol protocol in public places was 38.5%. There is no significant differences were found between inside and outside the building. Health protocol sign has no relationship with community compliance in public places. To prevent further transmission, we provide several policies: Maximizing the role of resilient villages COVID-19. Increasing supervision of public places, Evidence-Based Policy, re-involving health cadres and village officials in conducting tracing contacts.
Abstrak Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2 merupakan coronavirus jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat yaitu kepercayaan masyarakat dan sikap terhadap perilaku 5M.Rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perilaku 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, mengurangi mobilitas) selama pandemi covid-19 di Desa Dungaliyo Kabupaten Gorontalo, apakah ada pengaruh sikap masyarakat terhadap perilaku 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, mengurangi mobilitas) selama pandemi covid-19 di Desa Dungaliyo Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan sikap masyarakat terhadap perilaku 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, mengurangi mobilitas) selama pandemi covid-19 di Desa Dungaliyo Kabupaten GorontaloJenis penelitian Survei Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Populasi penelitian berjumlah 712 dan sampel 261 responden dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Simpulan ada pengaruh kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perilaku 5M diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 dimana nilai p value lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. Maka H0 atau hipotesis penelitian diterima. Ada pengaruh sikap masyarakat terhadap perilaku 5M diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 dimana nilai p value lebih kecil dari α = 0,05. One of the problems that occur in the community is public trust and attitudes towards 5M behavior. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an influence of public trust on 5M behavior (wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, staying away from crowds, reducing mobility) during the covid-19 pandemic in Dungaliyo Village Gorontalo Regency, is there any influence on community attitudes towards 5M behavior (wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, staying away from crowds, reducing mobility) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Dungaliyo Village, Gorontalo Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of public beliefs and attitudes on 5M behavior (wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, staying away from crowds, reducing mobility) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Dungaliyo Village, Gorontalo Regency. This type of research is Analytical Survey with Cross Sectional design. The research population is 712 and a sample of 261 respondents using the Chi Square Test. The conclusion is that there is an influence of public trust on the behavior of 5M, obtained a p value of 0.000 where the p value is smaller than = 0.05. Then H0 or the research hypothesis is accepted. There is an influence of people's attitudes towards 5M behavior, the p value is 0.000 where the p value is smaller than = 0.05.
