Üretim ve tüketim döngüsü üzerine kurulu yaşamsal faaliyetler sonucu ortaya çıkan kirlilik yayılımı, ekosistemi tehdit etmektedir. Kirliliği önleme ve sürdürülebilirlik için uluslararası önleyici politikalar üzerine uzlaşılmıştır. Ancak, ülkelerin ekonomik çıkarları öne sürülerek yapılan anlaşmalara uyulmamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, yeni yöntemler ve alternatif politikalar üretilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, çevre koruma sürecinde alternatif politika olarak önemli bir yer edinen tematik tahvillerin yeni bir türü olan mavi tahvillerin ortaya çıkış süreci, gelişimi ve geleceğinin irdelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, doküman analizi tekniğiyle oluşturulmuş verilere dayalı nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanmıştır. Mavi tahvillerin, kamu ve özel sektör tarafından kullanımına yönelik öngörülerin de ele alındığı bu çalışmada çevre koruma sürecinde finansal yöntem olarak mavi tahvillerin kullanımının yaygınlaşmasının beklendiği, okyanuslardaki biyoçeşitliliği korumaya katkı sunacağı, küresel sürdürülebilirlik hedefleri için önemli bir role sahip olacağı ve okyanus ekonomisi ülkelerin ekonomilerinin devamlılığına katkı sunacağı bulgularına ulaşılmıştır.
Terörizm, 21. Yüzyılda farklı isim, amaç ve tekniklerle birçok ülkede varlık göstermektedir. Bazen bağımsız, çoğu zaman ise bir ya da birkaç devletin güdümünde hareket eden bu örgütler doğduğu bölgede kalmamakta, geniş bir alana yayılmaktadır. İletişim ve ulaşım tekniklerinin gelişmesi terörün eylem pratiğini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Hedefinde olan ülkelerin ekonomisini, siyasetini, politikalarını, yatırımlarını, sosyal hayatını, demografik özelliklerini, askeri politikalarını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Silahlı eylemlerle sadece güdümündeki bölgeyi etkilemekle kalmamakta, ülkelerin küresel anlamda siyasi, ekonomik iş birliğini sekteye uğratmakta ve zarar vermektedir. Aynı zamanda yatırımları durduran, refahın yönünü değiştiren terörün bitirilmesi için ortak söylemlerin kullanıldığı ancak ortak eylemlerin uygulanamaması teröre alan sağlamakta ve yayılımını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada terörizm, küresel kamusal kötü bağlamında ele alınmış, ülkeler açısından ortaya çıkardığı olumsuzluklar irdelenmiştir. Nitel bir araştırma olarak tasarlanan bu çalışmada terörizmin beslendiği ve terörizme zemin hazırlayan her türlü argümanın küresel çapta ortadan kaldırılması gerekliliği üzerine odaklanılmıştır. Küresel bir sorun olan terörizmin çözümünün de küresel ortak bir mücadeleyle sağlanabileceği önerilmektedir.
<p>In this study, the economic and social problems faced by Syrian students who were forcefully migrated to Turkey and studied in Osmaniye Ata University were examined. Many people who immigrated to Turkey due to the civil war that began in Syria in 2011 and were children in those years have started their university education today. The problems faced by Syrian asylum-seeking students studying at universities in the city of Osmaniye in their ability to meet their vital needs, sources of income, participation in education and adaptation processes were examined. The data of the study was obtained through in-depth interview and survey work, then analyzed through a statistical package program. As a result of the study, it was observed that Syrian students studying at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University faced many different economic problems in the city of Osmaniye where they lived. Many problems that Syrian students experience in their educational lives are financial, and financial concerns directly affect their social lives. In addition, it was revealed that as their stay in Turkey extended, they may experience anxiety about resettlement when they are sent back to their country.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Article visualizations:</strong></p><p><img src="/-counters-/edu_01/0779/a.php" alt="Hit counter" /></p>
