überküloz, M. tuberculosis kompleksinin neden olduğu, başlıca akciğerleri tutan, ancak akciğer dışı organ ya da sistemlerde de ortaya çıkabilen bir hastalıktır.1 Meme tüberkülozu nadir görülen bir tü-berküloz formudur ve gelişmiş ülkelerde prevelansı %0,1, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ise %3-4'tür.2 Tüberküloz enfeksiyonu memede primer veya sekonder olarak ortaya çıkabilir. Enfeksiyonun daha çok retrograt lenfatik akımla tüberküloz lenfadenitten yayıldığı teorisi kabul görmektedir.3 Histolojik olarak beş tipi tanımlanmıştır. En sık görüleni nodüler tüberkülöz mastit tipidir. 4 Klinik tanı güçtür; bu amaç için histopatolojik inceleme yapılması gerekir. Bu makaledeki amacımız, tüberkülozun sık görüldüğü toplumlarda aksiller lenfadenopati ve memede kitle birlikteliğinde ayırıcı tanıda tüberkülozun da dikkate alınmasını sağlamaktır. It does not have any specific mammography or ultrasonography findings. Sometimes it may not be differentiated from malignancy. In the presented case, excisional biopsy was taken from the lesions with a presumptive diagnosis of malignancy. Histological diagnosis was granulomatous mastitis; the patient was tested tuberculosis and treatment was initiated accordingly.
