As an advanced repair technology, the laser remanufacturing technology has been paid much more attentions recently. The authors previously studied the vision calibration by using the Matlab Calibration toolbox. Since the boundaries of a single image have to be specified manually, however, the Matlab toolbox based calibration method will be time consuming and low precision. This article continues the study of vision calibration for laser remanufacturing machine system and proposes a new binocular vision calibration method based on Halcon10.0 software. Experimental results show that the proposed calibration process consumes shorter time and is able to achieve higher precision.
This paper puts forward the suitable conditions of high sulphur fuel oil in China wire mesh particle trap counter blowing regeneration technology. The regeneration process is characterized by the filter body is separated from particle combustion, solve the problem of broken filter body and burning-out, at the same time remove the not burning material in the trap. By filtering body regeneration experiment made the counter blowing regeneration scheme, design and optimization of the diesel exhaust particulate trap wire mesh filter body and counter blowing regeneration system. Finally by engine bench test, test the diesel exhaust particulate after-treatment device influence on power performance and fuel economy of diesel engine, the jet pressure, jet time and scavenging time on back and collection efficiency effect.
Special software for laser molten pool temperature field based on LabVIEW was developed.Thermal radiation image of laser molten pool temperature taken by CCD were processed by the special software. It was shown that the software had a visual interface and the laser molten pool temperature field could be measured at real-time and the whole system is simple and efficiency. The software is easy to operate and can measure the laser molten pool temperature field quickly and exactly.
