With the flourishing development of the hotel industry, the study of customer satisfaction based on online reviews and data has become a new model. In this paper, customer reviews and ratings on Ctrip.com are used, and TF-IDF and K-means algorithms are used to extract and cluster the keywords of reviews texts. Finally, 10 first-level influencing factors of hotel customer satisfaction are determined: epidemic prevention, consumption emotion, convenience, environment, facilities, catering, target group, perceived value, price, and service. Based on backpropagation neural network and weight matrix operation, an influencing factor analysis model of hotel customer satisfaction is constructed to explore the role of these factors. The results show that consumption emotion, perceived value, epidemic prevention, target group, and convenience would significantly affect customer satisfaction, among which epidemic prevention becomes a new factor affecting customer satisfaction. Environment, facilities, catering, and service have relatively little effect on customer satisfaction, while price has the least effect. This study provides a path and method for online reviews of hotel management to improve customer satisfaction and provides a theoretical basis for the study of online reviews of hotels.
Despite numerous studies on modularity, the modularization processes have received less attention. In the global context, product modularity can be leveraged to satisfy heterogeneous market requirements across countries with low costs. Through a longitudinal case study of HomeTech, we examined how multinational R&D created an effective organizational interface to facilitate recombination of its organizational units, and thus product modularization. We found that three elements of an organizational interface were established through a process composed of three phases in HomeTech R&D: regional concentration, establishing a module pool, and creating architecture leader posts. We also found that the three elements exerted the balancing effect and the brokerage effect so that the organizational interface was effective in facilitating recombination of organizational units. We contribute to the literature through showing how organizational modularity can affect product modularity within a firm. We also reveal the critical role of architecture leaders in product modularization. Finally, we enrich the organizational interface concept by highlighting the combination of elements.
Profile requirements of silicon steel strip are extremely high and the thickness difference of cold-rolled products is usually less than 7 lm, and the profile quality of hot-rolled strip is the key to ensure the thickness difference of cold-rolled products. In order to produce the silicon steel strip with high-precision shape, the concept of quasi-rectangular rolling during hot continuous rolling was put forward; the equipment configuration and technical method of approximate rectangular section control were studied. Through the roughing multi-target load distribution technology and the roll configuration technology for uniform wear of a 4-high rolling mill, the strip crown of transfer bar was reduced and the profile control stability was guaranteed. Configuring variable contact back-up roll technology on all stands in the finishing rolling process, equipped with symmetry variable taper work roll and long-stroke intelligent shifting strategy in the downstream stands, and using side rolling lubrication technology can make the roll wear more uniform, reduce the edge drop of silicon steel strip, improve the profile quality, and make the strip section of finishing exit ''quasi-rectangular''. In addition, induction furnace and side heater were also equipped to guarantee the temperature uniformity of the strip, so as to improve the stability of profile control. The whole control technology is based on the 1580-mm hot continuous rolling production line, designed, and developed according to the characteristics of equipment and products, and has been successfully applied, which can obtain the approximate rectangular strip section satisfying the flatness quality, and improve the strip section precision of silicon steel and other products.
This article employs qualitative research methods to explore the urban adaptation and adaptation processes of Chinese migrant children. Through twenty-one in-depth interviews with migrant children, the researchers discovered: The participant migrant children showed a fairly high level of adaptation to the city; their process of urban adaptation emerged as three categories: the U-Type, the J-type, and the "flat line" type. Also explored were long-term acquisition of explicit behaviors, implicit notions, adaptation to the socio-cultural environment, and success in education as difficult aspects of adaptation. After comparing these three processes, the research team developed a theory of migrant children urban adaptation. It hypothesizes that during the urban adaptation process, migrant children will encounter four stages of development: excitement and curiosity, shock and resistance, exploration and adaptation, and finally integration and assimilation.
