El trámite de visto bueno implementado en el Ecuador como mecanismo para terminar la relación laboral ocasiona una serie de inconvenientes de orden económico, laboral y social para la parte trabajadora y empleadora. El objetivo central del artículo fue el análisis de las resoluciones emitidas por la inspectoría de trabajo en las que no se motiva adecuadamente su decisión, manteniendo en apariencia una estructura adecuada. Sin embargo, dejan de lado los elementos aportados en la audiencia por los intervinientes. Existe una incorrecta subsunción de los aportes probatorios en la norma objetiva lo que implica falta de motivación en las resoluciones de visto bueno. Razón por la cual, se hace necesario el desarrollo del presente trabajo, en el cual se abordaron como principales puntos de análisis: En método utilizado fue el cualitativo, mediante el cual se revisaron resoluciones de visto bueno emitidas por los inspectores de trabajo de Pichincha y se analizaron si estas fueron adecuadamente razón por la cual motivadas. Los cambios introducidos a partir del 2021 en el procedimiento para su tratamiento no han viabilizado un cambio efectivo para el respeto de los derechos de trabajadores y empleadores.
