INTRODUCCIÓN: Documentar rutas metodológicas para la construcción colectiva de conocimiento a traves del uso de la cartografía social y el modelo de los Determinantes Sociales en Salud aplicado a la Fonoaudiología. MÉTODOS: Investigación cualitativa con enfoque de teoría fundamentada. Las técnicas de recolección de información corresponden a la cartografía social y al modelo de Determinantes Sociales en Salud (DSS). RESULTADOS: A partir de la cartografía social se organizaron los enunciados de los actores sociales sobre su relación con el territorio desde dos lugares: (a) Acceso temporal, correspondiente a las imágenes de presente, pasado y futuro: y (b) Categorías de análisis, incluye las percepciones asociadas a (1) conflictos; (2) redes de apoyo; (3) infraestructura; y (4) socio economía. ANÁLISIS Y DISCUSIÓN: La categoría conflicto fue la más desarrollada por los actores sociales particularmente por efecto de la seguridad percibida sobre los espacios públicos. La segunda categoría más relevante correspondió a las redes de apoyo, dentro de la cual se enunció una crisis sobre la representatividad local de la gobernabilidad. CONCLUSIÓN: La cartografía social es una ruta metodológica para el acceso al territorio y al modelo de los DSS. El uso de la cartografía social aplicada a la Fonoaudiología requiere del uso de adaptaciones procedimentales.

La disponibilidad léxica (DL) es un ambiente de indagación lingüística que tiene como objetivo recoger, examinar y valorar, tanto cuantitativa como cualitativamente, el vocabulario utilizado de una comunidad de habla. El objetivo de este estudio fue describir la disponibilidad léxica de estudiantes matriculados en primer semestre, noveno semestre y docentes adscritos alprograma de Fonoaudiología de la Universidad de Pamplona; sedes Pamplona y Cúcuta. MÉTODOS: En la búsqueda de información sobre la disponibilidad léxica de la población objeto de estudio, se abarco datos de variabilidad léxica, frecuencia por uso y listados de palabras organizados por centro de interés. RESULTADOS: Fue aplicada una encuesta de disponibilidad léxica de forma escrita, posteriormente se digitaron los resultados en el programa informático DispoGen para determinar losíndices de disponibilidad léxica y de cohesión; así como la totalidad de palabras y vocablos. ANÁLISIS Y DISCUSIÓN: Se extrae como consecuencia más llamativa que los años de experiencia es un factor que influye en el número de respuestas aportadas. CONCLUSIONES: Se evidencia un aumento del léxico disponible por parte de los estudiantes a medida que éstos desarrollan sus años de estudio. Sin embargo se observó que tanto docentes como estudiantes presentan menor disponibilidad léxica encuantas áreas como motricidad orofacial y voz.
