Spraying application leaf squeeze kamboja (plumeria acuminata) to death fly house (musca domestica). Housefly (Musca domestica) is a vector for transmission of various types of mechanically transmitted diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, cholera, typhoid, salmonellosis and viral gastrointestinal diseases. One of the control flies using environmentally friendly plant-based insecticides. Researchers used insecticides in the form of freshly squeezed vegetable leaf with frangipani (Plumeria acuminata). The objective was to knowing the influence of leaf squeeze spraying frangipani with a concentration of 40 percent, 50 percentand and 60 percent of the death house fly. This study uses experimental design With Post Test Only Control Group Design. The object of this study is the 480 flies were obtained from the TPS Market Tlagareja. This research was carried out by spraying the leaf squeeze frangipani at a concentration of 40%, 50% and 60%. Counting the number of deaths house fly performed after 24 hours. The results of this research are there meaningful influence of sraying the frangipani leaf squeeze againts the death house flies and the value of sig 0,000. Concentration of 40%, 50%, and 60% respectively can be deadly flies an average of 5 tails, 10 tails and 15 tails. The most effective concentration was 60% obtained from the LSD test with significance level of 0.000 and Different Mean values (IJ) is the largest 10.00000. The conclusion is an effect spraying frangipani leaf squeeze with a concentration of 40%, 50%, and 60% of the death house fly. The most effective concentration to kill flies is at 60%, with an average mortality of flies 15 tails. Keywords: frangipani leaf, house flies, insecticide plant
Risk Factors Manual Handling with Complaints of Lower Back Pain on BrickMakers. During done manual work handling for objects work hard, it will cause risk of injury or cause musculoskeletal systems. Risk assessment manual work handling with the methods indicators key-Leitmerkmal Method (LMM) intended to know the relationship between time, burden, attitudes of the body, and working conditions manual handling with complaints of the lower back pain at all stages making bricks perceived maker bricks. The kind of research used is surveyed such data is cross sectional. The data taken by lower back pain questionnaire assisted examination physically by nurses and checklist Key-LMM. Analysis relations use the spearman. The results of research acquired at variable time manual handling based frequency raised or operation the transfer of on stage excavation raw materials, the formation and drying bricks there are relations with complaints of low back pain with p value each are 0,039, 0,047, 0,038 while on the variables of working conditions manual handling in stage excavation raw materials obtained p value of 0,028 with so it can be said there was a correlation between working conditions manual handling with complaints low back pain. A variable load manual handling and attitudes of the body manual handling do not relate in significant to lower back pain all stages making bricks. Conclusion researchers that the variable time manual handling relate in significant with complaints lower back pain in stage excavation raw materials, the formation and drying bricks, while the phase processing raw materials that there was no correlation, in a variable load manual handling and attitudes of the body manual handling all these stage there was no correlation with complaints lower back pain, while variable working conditions manual handling only in stage excavation the raw materials there are relations with complaints lower back pain in the third stage other there was no correlation. Keywords: Manual handling, Low back pain, BricksAbstrak: Faktor Risiko Manual Handling dengan Keluhan Nyeri Punggung Bawah pada Pembuat Batu Bata.
Adapun kolam pemeliharaan ikan Nila berlokasi Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta, Jl. Tata Bumi No. 3, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman.
One technique that can be applied to reduce or to avoid occupational accidents is job safetyanalysis (JSA) method, which is determined based on parameters or stages where the accidentsare frequently occur. The purpose of this study is to minimize the danger of workplaceaccidents in the furniture production of PT X by implementing JSA method. The study was anobservational descriptive study. The respondents/sample was 119 out of 169 workers who areselected by using random sampling technique. The data showed that machine II had the greatestpotential for work accidents. These conditions were obtained from the data in previous year, interviews and direct field assessments. The danger posed by occupational accidents can resultin serious or minor injuries to workers' limbs. The OHS section of the company has carried outPPE control, installing OHS signs and initial training. However, work accidents still occur in 2018and 2019. The results of the study indicate that the potential for work accidents can be minimizedby increasing the OHS work program in the company including: improving the quality ofPPE, improving OHS discipline, and finally the application of the method of substitution on a toolthat could potentially cause danger. Thus, the potential hazards and risks can be prevented andmanaged properly. To conclude, JSA method is able to reduce work accidents by a percentagein accordance with the type of work in the production process.
