RMAEl cruce entre las antropologías. Una mirada interdisciplinaria en torno a la genética de poblaciones, las memorias familiares y la construcción identitaria En este trabajo presentamos la génesis y los primeros resultados de un proyecto 1 cuyo objetivo general es comprender los procesos de constitución de identidades étnicas en un contexto urbano -la ciudad de Córdoba-desde una perspectiva interdisciplinaria que busca poner en diálogo las herramientas y enfoques de la Bioantropología y de la Antropología Social. Un eje central del mismo es la consideración del efecto de la investigación en esa construcción, tratando de identificar el impacto que tiene en las personas la posibilidad de conocer la procedencia geográfica de sus ancestros por medio de una prueba de ADN. Cuando nos preguntamos sobre cómo influyen los resultados de los estudios genéticos en los procesos de construcción de identidad de las personas involucradas, la forma en que incorporan a su narrativa identitaria los resultados o reniegan de los mismos y los motivos o argumentos que exponen para hacerlo, ineludiblemente se produce un cruce entre los marcos teóricos-metodológicos de la Antropología Social y la Bioantropología. Este cruce entre las antropologías exige una constante práctica reflexiva para comprender las intersecciones conceptuales que emergen de ese encuentro. Los disparadores: el diálogo entre los datos genéticos y la construcción históricaEl proyecto referido surge en el marco de un estudio de mayor alcance y de larga data del equipo de Bioantropología del Museo de Antropología/IDACOR (UNC / CONICET) 2 . Su objetivo es contribuir a la comprensión de los procesos de poblamiento y evolución local de las poblaciones del centro de Argentina, valiéndose de la información proporcionada por evidencias morfológicas y moleculares, desde la perspectiva de la Bioantropología. Esta línea de investigación estudia las causas de la diversidad genética de las poblaciones humanas en el presente y la historia evolutiva que la ha generado (Relethford y Harding 2001).Durante numerosos viajes de muestreo se recolectaron más de mil muestras biológicasde poblaciones rurales del centro de Argentina (provincias de San Luis, Santiago del Estero y Córdoba), como excepción se incluyeron muestras de dos poblaciones urbanas procedentes de Villa Dolores y Río Cuarto.Basados en los resultados del análisis molecular de esas muestras, hemos podido establecer que el acervo génico materno está constituido principalmente (un 76%) por linajes de origen nativo americano. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo contribuir al conocimiento de la historia poblacional de La Esperanza, Jujuy, en base al estudio de la diversidad y distribución relativa de linajes del ADN mitocondrial, sobre una muestra poblacional de 94 personas. Se analizaron las afinidades genéticas entre los linajes maternos encontrados en La Esperanza y 43 poblaciones sudamericanas a partir de datos tomados de la bibliografía. Los resultados muestran que los linajes nativos americanos constituyen el 100% de la muestra, siendo B2 el haplogrupo más frecuente (45%), seguido de D1, A2 y C1 con una contribución del 22%, 17% y 16%, respectivamente. Por último, un solo individuo presentó el linaje D4h3a. El análisis de distancias interpoblacionales revela bajos valores de distancia con las muestras Quechua de Huancavelica, Avá Guaraní y Pilagá. El análisis discriminante ubicó a la muestra de La Esperanza en el grupo Chaco, tanto cuando se la asignó a los grupos Chaco o Noroeste argentino, como cuando no se asignó previamente ningún grupo. En general, el análisis discriminante muestra un alto porcentaje de correcta clasificación de las poblaciones en los grupos en los que fueron asignadas inicialmente, lo que refleja la fuerte estructura geográfica de la variación genética. El análisis filogeográfico reveló vínculos genéticos con otras poblaciones del Noroeste argentino, particularmente de Jujuy y Salta y, en menor medida, con poblaciones del Gran Chaco. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de esta investigación reflejan la historia de una población surgida principalmente en torno al ingenio azucarero y a partir delaporte migratorio desde regiones vecinas de Argentina y países limítrofes, hecho que aseguró la disponibilidad de mano de obra a través del tiempo y condujo a la formación de una población con gran diversidad genética.
