This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work stress moderated by social support on the job satisfaction of teachers and administrative staff at Al-Chusnaini Islamic Elementary School during the transition back to work from the office (WFO) since the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents consisted of 57 people, then 51 people were used as samples. This quantitative study used simple random sampling to collect samples through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, and social support does not moderate job stress on job satisfaction because the stress level felt by teachers and administrative staff is not acute. However, social support has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of teachers and administrative staff of Al-Chusnaini Islamic Elementary School.
<p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya layanan arsip dinamis inaktif yang ada di unit kearsipan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah VI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alur pelayanan arsip inaktif sebelum adanya SOP dan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan SOP pelayanan arsip inaktif. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi melalui metode Research & Development (R&D) dengan cara meneliti sampai menemukan suatu model, pola atau sistem penanganan terpadu yang efektif dan dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam hal ini suatu model yang dirancang penulis yaitu SOP Pelayanan Arsip Inaktif untuk mengatasi serta memperbaiki alur pelayanan arsip inaktif yang sebelumnya kurang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan proses layanan arsip inaktif dari segi waktu, kemudahan dan kontroling arsip inaktif tersebut.</p><p><em>The background of this research is the inactive dynamic archive service that exists in the Archive Unit of the Region VI Higher Education Service Institution in Central Java Province. The purpose of this study was to find out the flow of inactive archive services before the existence of the SOP and to find out the results of implementing the SOP for inactive archive services. This problem can be overcome through the Research & Development (R&D) method by conducting research to find a model, pattern or integrated handling system that is effective and can be used to solve the problem. In this case, a model designed by the author, namely the Inactive Archive Service SOP to overcome and improve the inactive archive service flow which was previously ineffective. The results showed that there was an increase in the inactive archive service process in terms of time, convenience and control of the inactive archives.</em></p>
<p>Beberapa perusahaan telah mengurangi upaya perekrutan secara massal dan diskusi secara langsung untuk menanggapi pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui media job posting dan penerapan proses rekrutmen melalui media sosial, meliputi: tahapan-tahapan serta kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur (2) Mengetahui efektivitas metode rekrutmen melalui media sosial dalam upaya mereduksi dampak pandemi Covid-19, dan menjelaskan perbandingan metode E-Recruitment dengan metode rekrutmen offline pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Efektivitas Metode Rekrutmen melalui Media Sosial dengan pengumpulan data pustaka dan observasi menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem rekrutmen elektornik pada tenaga kerja tepat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan manajemen sumber daya manusia di era Covid-19. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya peningkatan pelamar kerja yang kompeten dan PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur dikenal semua kalangan sehingga mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan lebih dari 150 outlet dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun.</p><p><strong><em>Several companies have reduced mass recovery efforts and in-person discussions, for the Covid-19 pandemic password, one of which is PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. The effectiveness of the Recruitment Method through Social Media by studying library data and observations shows that the electronic recruitment system for the workforce is right to be used to facilitate and improve human resource management in the Covid-19 Pandemic era.
