Geochronological tracking is an effective information technology for digital cartographic spatial data sets processing. It is widely known in retrospective patterns research about geographic relocation of figures, or any other units for a given time interval. Software component of geochronological tracking is becoming one the most popular GIS-integrated applications. The article presents the basic provisions for the algorithmization of the geochronological tracking procedure for statistical testing of retrospective studies hypotheses. We can observe the results of solving this optimization problem in a general form and in a number of the most typical variants. The obtained results of solving the optimization problem are interpreted in terms of the retrospective studies subject area. There are shown the ways of further practical application of the optimized algorithm in the tasks of modern logistics, data mining and formalized knowledge.
The article deals with the quality management of interactive electronic technical manuals on the operation and repair of aircraft. It has been established that the quality management tools for interactive electronic maintenance and repair documentation for aircraft do not fully satisfy the existing set of specific requirements for the technological process of their design and development, as well as the implementation of proactive quality management procedures in it. This suggests a lack of scientific, methodological and technological security of quality systems in the design and development of interactive electronic maintenance and repair documentation for aircraft. The quality management of interactive electronic technical manuals for the operation and repair of aviation equipment is a sequential process of iterative procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of the specified information and software tools for logistics support.
The paper considers the main features of evaluating the efficiency of positional and mobile underwater communication systems with immersed correspondent objects at the stage of their design and deciding on the coordinates of the installation site of the transmitter-receiver antennas based on modeling and visualization of the expected underwater communication zones using intelligent geographic information systems. The influence of the quality of information support of geographic information systems on the accuracy of the calculation results of the expected zones of underwater communication in various hydrological and acoustic conditions is assessed. Research subject. The article is devoted to the issues of evaluating the efficiency of underwater communication and intellectual decision-making support for rational spatial distribution of receiving and transmitting antennas of underwater communication systems with immersed correspondent objects. Method. A method for optimizing (choosing a rational option) the spatial distribution of receiving and transmitting antennas of positional underwater communications or the depth of setting of lowered and towed antennas of marine underwater communications using specialized software and information tools and geographic information systems is considered. Core results. A new performance indicator is proposed in the form of the spatial volume of the underwater communication zone and a method has been developed to optimize the spatial distribution of the receiving and transmitting antennas according to the criterion of the maximum volume of the expected underwater communication zone for given hydrological and acoustic conditions in the area. Practical relevance. The introduction of the developed method into the systems of sonar calculations and automated decision support for advanced underwater communication systems will significantly reduce the decision-making time for the placement of antennas (when designing or planning applications) and increase the efficiency (stability and range) of underwater communication means with immersed objects - correspondents.
The scientific and methodological tools of geochronological tracking have found the widest application in retrospective studies of the features of the use of individual products of high technology and expensive technology of various types. Subject of study. The results of such studies are the basis for organizing service, building logistic supply schemes, deploying supply networks, etc. The feasibility of such studies is especially relevant today for products of domestic hydroacoustic equipment for civil purposes. Meth-od. The competitive state of the responsible industry of precision marine instrumentation objectively re-quires a systematic approach to studying the characteristics of demand and application for these prod-ucts. Main results. It is the geochronological tracking toolkit that can become the basis for a new ap-proach to planning the promotion of products of domestic hydroacoustic equipment to the Russian and in-ternational markets. Practical relevance. The proposed information technology will make it possible to achieve an increase in efficiency in organizing maintenance processes and maintaining the technical readiness of expensive hydroacoustic equipment. This article is devoted to the consideration of the quali-tatively new capabilities of the specified tools, as well as the rationalization of the corresponding algo-rithmic apparatus.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
