Conclusion:Our study found no substantial difference in baseline screening data among PLWH compared to the general population. Additionally, patients in the PLWH cohort were not referred for additional invasive testing as a result of initial lung CT screening, which suggests NLST-recommended lung cancer screening is safe in the PLWH population. These findings warrant further study in expanded cohorts, which is ongoing. Further screening data from the months leading up to the conference will be presented.
