In modern machine-building the problem of creating highly-efficient technological mechanical machining processes, taking into account the energy and resources-saving and ecological requirements is one of the paramount importance. Throughout the whole period of machine-building technology development there were great difficulties owing to the problems of machining parts with low rigidity and high demands on quality. At creating the technological processes of similar parts’ machining, as at creating any technological process, it is necessary to provide realization of the principle of combining technical, economic and organization assignments. But unlike usual technological processes, in this case it is much more difficult to meet all these requirements.
Some aspects of application for multilayered-composite functional coatings with nano-scale grains and layers thickness for various types of the cutting tool are considered. There is shown, that cutting tools with nanoscale structured coatings provide essential increase of cutting efficiency in comparison with standard coated tools of an adequate coating chemical compound.
Modern mechanical engineering is impossible without information technology. The machines are representatives of the symbiosis of mechanics and electronics. Despite of the abundance of software for calculations, solutions often do not coincide with the real test. A method is developed to determine the effect of vibration on the cutting process, which allows to solve some of the appearing problems.
The modern power hydraulic actuators which have found the broadest application in various areas of equipment, often perform so responsible functions that safety of machines operation depends on their reliability. The review of existing hydraulic systems of load-lifting devices showed that practically all of them have the same schematic hydraulic diagram which main disadvantage is the low reliability that quite often leads to emergence situations even including humans death. This paper develops recommendations about the increase of reliability of such devices due to reservation of units and knots of hydraulic systems.
A combined treatment of cutting and surface plastic deformation is a highly efficient production process of manufacturing functional surfaces of cylinder bodies and pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. Indicators discussed in the article are studied by authors patented design of the aforementioned devices.
