SUMMARYFor the treatment of chronic “whiplash” injuries, total spinal blocking was performed by infusing a mixed solution containing mepivacaine with adrenaline (1: 200,000) (Carbocaine®) into the subarachnoidal space. The treatment proved remarkably effective, and the general condition of the patients remained unaffected.zusammenfassungZur Behandlung chronischer Schäden nach s.g.
