Башкирский государственный университет, г. Уфа, РоссияЦель. Оценить влияние эффективности функционирования зрительного анализатора на психическое состояние благополучия человека. Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 120 человек в возрасте 18-20 лет (60 юношей и 60 девушек). Регистрация зрительных вызванных потенциалов осуществлялась при помощи 21-канального цифрового электроэнцефалографа «Нейрон -спектр -4/П» компании «Нейрософт» (г. Иваново) и соответствующего программного обеспечения. Характеристики субъективного благополучия определяли с помощью методик: «Шкала переживания счастья» М. Фордайса; «Мера субъективного счастья» С. Любомирской; «Шкала удовлетворенности жизнью» Э. Динера. Статистическую обработку результатов исследования проводили путем попарного сравнения показателей латентности в группах с высокими и низкими значениями психологических, рассчитывали отношения шансов (OR), а также границ его доверительного интервала. Результаты. У лиц с увеличенной латентностью компонентов зрительных вызванных потенциалов установлена выраженная ассоциация между этим показателем и низкой удовлетворенностью жизнью. Заключение. Выявлена зависимость между показателями латентности вызванных потенциалов зрительного анализатора и характеристиками благополучия человека. Показано прикладное значение выявленных закономерностей, которые могут быть использованы для прогнозирования неблагополучия человека по результатам диагностики состояния зрительного анализатора.Ключевые слова: зрительный анализатор, латентность зрительных вызванных потенциалов, благополучие, отношение шансов.
Ââåäåíèå. ×åëîâåê áîëüøóþ ÷àñòü èíôîðìàöèè îá îêðóaeàþùåì ìèðå ïîëó÷àåò ïîñðåäñòâîì çðåíèÿ (70-90%). Çðèòåëüíûé àíàëèçàòîð ïðåäíàçíà÷åí äëÿ âîñïðèÿòèÿ è àíàëèçà ñâåòîâûõ ðàçäðàaeåíèé [1, 2]. Êàê è âñå àíàëèçàòîðû, çðèòåëüíûé ñîñòîèò èç ðåöåïòîðíîãî, ïðîâîäíèêîâîãî è êîðêîâîãî îòäåëîâ.  ïåðèôåðè÷åñêîì îòäåëå ðåöåïòîðû ñåò÷àòêè îñóùåñòâëÿþò âîñïðèÿòèå è ïåðâè÷íûé àíàëèç èíôîðìàöèè. Ïðîâîäíèêîâûé îòäåë ñîñòîèò èç çðèòåëüíûõ ïóòåé è ãëàçîäâèãàòåëüíûõ íåðâîâ, ïî êîòîðûì èíôîðìàöèÿ ïåðåäàåòñÿ â êîðêîâûé îòäåë àíàëèçàòîðà.
