The electrochemical behavior of Maca adenine on the modified electrode of o-phenylenediamine/β-cyclodextrin/Ag-carbon nanotube was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the electrode modified by 7mg of carbon nanotubes is the best when the concentration of silver ions is 0.1mg/ml. The electrochemical behavior of adenine was investigated by the modified electrode, and it is found that in the PBS buffer of pH= 7, the electrochemical response of adenine on the modified electrode is good and the oxidation peak is obvious. The oxidation peak current showed a good linear relationship with adenine in the range of 0.2 mg/ml to 1.0 mg/ml, and the determination method of adenine content in maca was established. The method is sensitive, simple and reproducible and can be used to extract the content of adenine in maca accurately.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
