Background Gastric cancer (GC) is the second most frequent cause of cancer-related mortality in the world, and the five-year survival rate for GC remains very low universally. In recent years, it has become a consensus that genetic changes are associated with carcinogenesis of GC, and precision medicine based on genetic changes is one of the most popular treatments for GC patients. However, the association between some genes and GC-related protein signaling pathways is still not well understood. This study revealed that seven genes were closely related to the survival probability in GC patients. Methods We downloaded the gene expression data of GC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases, and integrated bioinformatic analysis was performed, such as differential gene expression analysis, including Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) and Gene Ontology (GO) pathways analyses, as well as survival analysis. The r package “survival” was used to analyze the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, which showed the associations between specific gene expressions and the outcomes of patients with GC to identify which genes could be potential prognostic biomarkers. Results This study revealed that seven genes: alcohol dehydrogenase 4 (ADH4), histamine receptor H3 (HRH3), neuropeptide Y2 receptor (NPY2R), apolipoprotein AI (APOA1), N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 14 (GALNT14), leucine-rich repeats and IQ motif containing 1 (LRRIQ1), and coiled-coil-domain-containing 57 (CCDC57). These seven genes were closely related to the survival probability of GC patients (P<0.05). Conclusions Our study found seven genes which could be considered as candidate prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Milk provides humans with nutrients that the body needs, such as calcium. It also enables the host to have higher levels of short-chain fatty acids, thus providing a major source of energy for the host's body. Lactase helps humans to break down large molecules of lactose into smaller molecules of glucose and galactose. Unfortunately, however, the frequency of lactase persistence varies greatly in human populations due to a variety of factors, including geographical and dietary cultural differences, as well as genetic phenotypes. Many people lose their lactase enzyme in adulthood. As a result, they are unable to digest milk. Most Asians are lactose intolerant. To date, there is still a lack of sufficient evidence to explain the genetic pattern of lactase persistence. In recent years, the product range of lactose-free products has diversified and consumers have more choices. This paper will discuss the persistence of lactase, production technologies for lactose-free products by literature review, (intermittent and aseptic) have some problems including high cost, uncontrollable amount of lactase and unstable reaction rate at high temperature. Based on the existing problems and disordered market, it is suggested that the relevant international organization should establish a standard level of lactosefree products and standardize market.
The archives in colleges and universities are the products of the cultural accumulation of colleges and universities, the proof of the cultural progress of colleges and universities, and the inheritance of the cultural development of colleges and universities, which can't be neglected and ignored in the cultural construction of colleges and universities. After the reform and opening up to the outside world, China's colleges and universities have been developing rapidly. As an important information resource, the colleges and universities archives play an increasingly important role in the construction and development of colleges and universities. The compilation and research of colleges and universities archives takes the top priority in the whole development of archives in colleges and universities, which is directly related to the quality of archives work. At present, the development of archives work in colleges and universities is developing rapidly, but there are still many shortcomings. For instance insufficient recognition of colleges and universities, professional talent shortage, studying form is single, studying results are not good and so on. The author worked in the archives in colleges and universities for a long time, so the author has put forward some suggestions. Firstly, the author put forward the significance of studying on the archives work. Such as the important role of cultural inheritance, the function of becoming an important part of the memory of colleges and universities, and the function of providing relevant materials and technical assistance to other departments in universities and so on. Therefore, some innovative suggestions are proposed for the above problems. For instance, provide professional guidance for the research of archives work, and provide a new channel for the research work by means of the big data information, and provide special fund support for the archives work in colleges and universities. The innovation of this paper is not only to start from the theoretical level, but also to put forward the relevant methods for the university archives research work from the practice level. With the continuous rise of China's economic level and comprehensive strength, the people's pursuit of spiritual culture is getting higher and higher. Strengthening the construction of archives culture in colleges and universities can promote the healthy development of colleges and universities, cultivate better talents for the society, and provide the universities' own power for the strategy of powerful cultural country.
With the rapid development of digital technology, the method of traditional archive resource management cannot meet the demand for current audio-visual archives management. New audio-visual archives management and service methods must be put forward to ensure the smooth development of audio-visual archives work. This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of college archives and puts forward the feasibility and practical significance of DSPACE in college audio-visual archives management. It aims to provide a useful reference for the audio-visual archives management reform and service innovation of the current colleges and universities and other systems through the establishment of DSpace-base d audio-visual archives management platform and promote the scientific and standardized management of college audio-visual archives resources. At the same time, the utilization of audio-visual archives resources can be improved, and the role of college archives in the construction of college culture and the prosperity and development of national culture can be brought into full play.
Abstract. The rapid development of information network has pushed mankind into a "digitalized" and "virtualized" era that information is ubiquitous, and the cultural form of the world has undergone significant changes and has brought new possibilities for the expansion of cultural imperialism. In the information era, the imperialistic cultural transmission is more convenient, the form is more diverse, the nature is more secretive, and the imperceptible influence is increasingly dangerous. In the face of the new challenging situation, China should continue to strengthen its own cultural security system, elevate the cultural soft power, improve the culture utterance right, and enhance the cultural self-confidence.
