A 12-degree-of-freedom (DOF) spur gear dynamic model is constructed, which is coupled by the mesh gear pair and the gearbox. The construction method of spur gear coupling dynamic model, based on lumped mass method, is better than finite element method, due to higher modeling efficiency. The work would be benefit to spur gear coupling dynamic modeling and analyses.
Zig Bee is a focus on low-power, low-cost, low-complexity, low-rate short-range wireless network communication technology; it can well solve the high cost and poor real-time of wired data acquisition system. This paper presents a program to build environmental remote monitoring system based on Zig Bee wireless sensor network. The program uses TI's wireless RF transceiver chip CC2530 and the amount of the external circuit to design the hardware circuit of the sensor nodes and the coordinator node, and then design application software for sensor nodes and coordinator nodes on the basis of the Zig Bee protocol stack. The test results prove that the system can effectively monitor long-term stability of the environment of electrical equipment.
Based on Muskhelishvili’s theoretical expressions of the Saint-Venant’s problem, using the combination of Crack3D code and Ansys software, a new combination finite element method to calculate the Saint-Venant’s torsion problem including crack is proposed. In order to illustrate its application, the numerical examples for a torsion cylinder with crack are given and the numerical results are satisfactory.
The objective of this paper is to use the specialty fracture software Crack3D FEA Code, well known Ansys software and Mushhelisvili’s torsion theorem to analyze the torsion problem of a crack rectangular cylinder. Several numerical results such as stress intensity factors KIII , torsion rigidity D, shearing stresses (τxy ,τyz ) and the contour nodal solution data are obtained. All the results are satisfactory.
This paper examines the validity of the Crack3D FEA Code method to solve the crack cylinder of the Saint-Venant’s torsion problem. To finish it, a useful comparison was obtained between the numerical results calculated by two different methods on the crack cylinder.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
