Conflict is an important factor influencing construction management performance. Construction project participants mutual game behavior in the conflict negotiation process is analyzed by KMRW reputation model. Establish imitator dynamic evolution model between general contractor and owner to analyze two evolutionary stable strategies, cooperation and competition in conflict management. It results that adopting cooperative strategy by every participants is the stability foundation to keep the conflict negotiation system evolve to cooperation. And discount rate, excess return, initial investment of cooperative are three major factors affecting evolution of the conflict system. Digital simulation show that initial investment has negative effect on possibility of cooperation; when discount rate is enough large, excess return has positive effect on possibility of cooperation; when discount rate isnt enough large, excess return has negative effect.
Structural and electronic properties of S-doped fullerene C58 were calculated systematically via Hartree-Fock self-consistent field (SCF) and density functional B3LYP levels of theory with 6-31G(d) basis set. The most stable C58S represents an open cage structure with a nine-member ring orifice, which provides a large hole for large atoms or small molecules to pass through into the cage. The most stable endohedral S@C58 has the S atom seated near the center of the C58 cage. The calculated highest occupied molecular orbital-lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy gaps of the isomers lie in the range of 1.42-2.50 eV. The electron affinity and the ionization potential were also presented as an indicator of the kinetic stability. Our results may aid in the design of experimental methods for controlling the nature of fullerene cages (for example, doping, opening, and reclosing them).
Three coals (Jincheng coal, Hancheng coal and Shan-bei coal) varying widely in coal type have been treated with anionic surfactant Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate (SDS). The effect of SDS on wettability of coals was explored by contact angles and zeta potentials characterisation techniques. Results obtained show that the addition of SDS can obviously improve the wettability of coals, and as the coal rank decreases, the wettability increases under investigation. Moreover, the wettability obviously increases with the significant decrease of particle size. The zeta potential for each coal, in the absence of surfactant, is negative, and the potential becomes more negative with the addition of SDS. Meanwhile, the FTIR spectrogram was used to test the changes of-COOH and-OH to analyze the reason for change of wettability, the results show that the wettability changes may be attributed to that the negative active ions of SDS are adsorbed on the coal surface, resulting in the increase of hydrophilic groups of the coal surface.
Since the Appearance of Hollow-Core Photonic Bandgap Fiber (HC-PBF), it was Widely Concerned for its Excellent Characteristics. in Order to Study the Characteristics of the HC-PBF that can be Used in Resonator Fiber Optic Gyros (R-Fogs), the Model Structure of a Polarization-Maintaining HC-PBF was Built and its Performance was Simulated by Using the Finite Element Method (FEM). its Mode Field Distribution and Birefringence Characteristics were Obtained. the Influences of the Air Core and Cladding Structures on the Mode Field Distribution and Birefringence were Simulated and Analyzed Further. the Result Showed that there are both Core Mode and Surface Mode in the Structure we Built. by Adding Scattering Points into the Fiber Core, the Surface Mode can be Significantly Suppressed. by Matching the Size of Core and Air Holes around the Core, a Birefringence up to 8*10-4 were Obtained.
There are two types of coupling structures for the photonic crystal of triangular array of air holes. The two types of coupling structure between dielectric taper waveguide(DTW) and photonic crystal waveguide(PCW) is investigated. The coupling transmission efficiency is calculated for different coupling structure of the input and output, we found that the coupling transmission efficiency is changed with different coupling width and distance. The highest transmission efficiency is 92.6% and 99.6% for the input and output port respectively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
