According to the needs of the scheme design of on the modular vertical lathe, the requirements of the customers and the tasks of the design are analyzed. The selection of the main technical parameters in the primary scheme design on the vertical lathe is specified. Take the main transmission system as an example; the process of the general design scheme is described.
Abstract. Based on the development of blanking of steel plate in automobile industry, design features and manufacturing technology of the blanking die of thick steel plate has been described in this article. And then, according to the production, the selection of the clearance between core plate and cavity plate of the blanking die of thick steel plate has been introduced. In addition, assemblage, adjusting steps and fault treatment of blanking die of thick steel plate has been recommended, so has the breakdown types and its elimination of the blanking die of thick steel plate during the initial stage of process.
The technological process for the structure of the injection mould and forming the claw-shaped cover are introduced. The structure with a double-slanted slide was used for the mould to realize automatic inner-pulling and reposition. The cores for forming claws were taken out artificially. The production efficiency of the claw-shaped cover has been increased.
