This study investigated SNP mutation sites of Gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH) gene in China yellow quail, Beijing white quail and Korean quail through PCR amplification and DNA sequencing technologies. Moreover, polymorphism of GnRH gene and its association with growth traits of quail were analyzed, aiming to get molecular markers associated to growth traits of quail, which could provide references for breeding of new quail species. According to research results, a total of 14 SNP mutation sites of GnRH were detected in China yellow quail, Beijing white quail and Korean quail, which were C71T,
The polymorphisms of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR1) were detected in large-tailed Han sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Yuxi fat-tailed sheep and Lanzhou large-tailed sheep by PCR product sequencing technology. The results showed that FGFR1 gene had 4 mutation sites in large-tailed Han sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Yuxi fat-tailed sheep and Lanzhou large-tailed sheep, including T558C, G342A, G417A and G420A. FGFR1 gene sequences of different species clustering showed that sheep, buffalo and Tibetan antelope clustered together firstly, suggesting that the three phylogenetic species had a close relationship.
Nowadays e-commerce has influentially extended to everywhere and anytime. Also, wearable technology, a newly developing and industrializing technology, is a "next to skin" product, by which people can easily and quickly involve wireless and interactive IT events. Since these two areas have already grown independently, to combining these two technologies will address e-commerce to another informatics platform with even more convenience. Hightech fashion in wearable technology devices, such as Smart Watch, activity trackers and Smart Glasses are growing in popularity as the functionality improves and their design becomes more stylized (High-Tech Fashion, 2014). The well-developed and practical technologies for companies will allow for their developers and designers to efficiently create and save time while making consumers lives easier. Therefore, wearable technology is a useful tool to make this happened. By combining these together will make an easier life for consumers and industry, expanding the economy. In the past, the most research on e-commerce has been focusing on webpage users and mobile users. In addition, there is a positive relationship between attitude toward online store and purchase intention via webpage and mobile apps. The fashion industry launched wearable technology in 2014; therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the consumer behavior regarding Smart Watch focusing on attitude shift on online shopping with a theoretical approach. This research uses the theory of planned behavior (TPB) (Ajzen, 1991) and the diffusion of innovation theory (DIT) (Rogers & Shoemaker, 1971) to better understanding consumer behavior regarding the adoption of Smart Watch. The proposed conceptual model based on two theories include attitude toward, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and social media influence. Tim Cook, Apple's CEO said Apple Watch is a most personal product that Apple made and it is a revolutionary product that changes people's daily life. Apple Watch gives people an opportunity to live closer with your family and friends; therefore, the subjective norm becomes an important element that influences customers' intention to use it. The price, time, and resources will influence regarding using Apple Watch. Social media influence consumers' attitude toward brand and intention to purchase (Abzari, Ghassemi, & Vosta, 2014). Based on DIT (Rogers & Shoemaker, 1971), Lu, Chang, andChang (2014) concluded that consumers have strongly positive attitude toward supported recommendation posts, which influence intention to purchase products. This study also investigated the brand attitude toward Apple, consumers' involvement toward wearable technology, and other resources to acquire and use of Apple Watch/wearable technology. We developed the conceptual model by modifying and adding other crucial variables based on the literature, such as brand attitude, involvement with new technology, and past behavior. Dolbec and Chebat (2013) determined that store image and brand experience have a
As low physical fitness in adolescents increases their risk of all-cause mortality in future adulthood as well as regional public health budgets, many scholars have studied the factors influencing physical fitness in adolescents. However, the spatial non-stationarity and scale between physical fitness and influencing factors in adolescents are often neglected. To rectify this situation, this study constructed a multi-scale geographically weighted regression model based on data from the China National Student Fitness Survey and the China Statistical Yearbook in 2018 to investigate the spatial patterns of factors influencing low physical fitness among adolescents. The results showed that the influencing factors for measuring the physical fitness of Chinese adolescents had significant spatial heterogeneity and multi-scale effects. The local R2 values were relatively low in the western region of China. Consideration should be given to increasing the lifestyle and ethnic and cultural characteristics of local residents when selecting influencing factors in the future. The physical fitness of men was mainly influenced by socio-economic factors, while that of women was influenced by natural environmental factors. According to the different spatial distribution patterns of MGWR, this study suggests that each region should develop regionalized strategies to cope with the low physical fitness of adolescents, including taking advantage of the natural environment to develop physical fitness promotion projects, accelerating the upgrading of industrial structures in the north-eastern and western regions, and the need to remain cautious of rapid urbanization in the east.
In this paper, a robot handling system was developed with the functions of visual positioning and position adjustment by using the MOTOMAN-SV3X robot. System components, workflow, robot pose and the method of solving the problem of pick-up position deviation were detailed. An automated and flexible application program was provided for robot handling technology, and the problem that there was pick-up position deviation in the process of transporting workpiece can be effectively resolved, thereby handling precision and efficiency can be improved.
Quail is extensively reared in China for characteristic of quick growth, small fodder consumption, early sexual maturity, high egg output and short production period. In this study, the SNP markers in 5’ regulation regions of cytogenin gene (MyoG) among China yellow quail, Beijing white quail and Korean quail were detected by PCR-SSCP method. Moreover, correlations of MyoG 5’ regulation regions with carcass characteristics of quail were analyzed. Results demonstrated thatin egg quail group, six genotypes were detected in Locus A in the control region of MyoG 5’, including AA, BB, CC, AB, AC and BC. The highest frequencies of CC in China yellow quail, Beijing white quail and Korean quail were 0.323, 0.366 and 0.444, respectively. A total of 9 genotypes were detected in locus B in egg quail group, which were AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, AB, AC, AD and AE. AA showed the highest frequency in China yellow quail, Beijing white quail and Korean quail, which were 0.493, 0.385 and 0.406, respectively. There was significant correlation between locus A and leg muscle rate of egg quail (plessthan0.05). Locus B presented significant correlations with carcass net weight, leg muscle weight, dressing percentage, whole net carcass rate and heart rate (plessthan0.05). Loci A and B in the control region of MyoG 5’ can be used as the molecular marker of carcass characteristics of egg quails during marker assisted selection.
