Technology of EDG has been widely applied in aviation aerospace field recently. In the process of EDG honeycomb ring (GH536) which as the important part of aircraft engine, analysis software of ABAQUS is used to conduct the simulation analysis to temperature field, then obtained the distribution of temperature field with honeycomb ring. Through analysis and calculation meanwhile conducting a lot of simulation tests that repeatedly validated, simulation process by ABAQUS are accurate and rapidly, and it is also applied to optimize the craft of EDG other related thin-walled parts, at the same time it can be used to provide the theory basis of calculating precisely the thermal stress and residual stress in EDG processing.
By analyzing the processing principle of honeycomb ring with electrical discharge grinding (EDG), using method of orthogonal design to conduct the test and establishing mathematical model of regression equation with surface roughness through EDG. Comprehensive consideration of the various factors exist during processing process, derived out the more accurate experience formula of surface roughness on superalloy GH536 by EDG and obtained the higher significant level of regression equation by regression analysis. Results of test provide theoretical basis for the practical production in processing superalloy thin-walled parts by EDG and have a better guiding significance to solve the actual technical problems of process.
With the booming domestic economy and increasing demand for energy, shallow resources are declining and the domestic mining resources have entered a deep coal mining. During the coal mining, the common method of natural cross-fall method in the mining is adopted generally. The broken rock formed by the cross of immediate roof cross bears the load of the main roof and other various rock. In which the broken rock in deep high stress, high osmotic pressure, high moderate special environment, along with the mechanical properties of deep rock was different from the mechanical behavior of the shallow rock. This paper analyses the stress state, deformation and seepagecreep of deep broken rock, and prospect the research trend of deep broken rock.
