A temperature monitoring system for mechanical press’s bearing is presented. As multipoints of the cranks need to be monitored, the system is based on RS485 BUS, which is a distributed, real-time and reliable temperature monitoring net. It consists of the temperature monitoring sub module and the master module. The sub module gets temperature data via thermocouple and MAX6675. The master module controls the whole system with an ARM IC. The system can judge whether the temperature of bearing has exceed the limited value or the temperature is rising too fast, and send alarm signal to stop the press in those cases. Configuring this temperature monitoring system to the large or medium scale mechanical press can avoid the accident like bearing-burnt effectively.
This paper analyses the method of denoising surface roughness profile signal using self-adaptive filtering technique.The working principle of self-adaptive denoising has been introduced.Method of combining of self-adaptive filter and least square error(LMS) algorithm has been designed.Results obtained from sin-wave with noise are validated using the LMS algorithm to eliminate noise.Comparison of caculating surface roughness mean line between self-adaptive Gaussian filtering meanline and ordinary Gaussian filtering meanline has been presented.From the simulation of self-adaptive denoising it is observed that the designed method can be used as a denoising method in the surface roughness measuring.
It is very important to control mechanical press slide height precisely when it works because it will lead to loss of stamping accuracy while the slide height error appears. The paper designed a novel controlling device based on linear encoder to adjust slide height dynamically. Equipped with high-precision linear encoder on the mechanical press slide, the height of slide measured by micro-controller real-timely, the device drives the controlling motor to adjust the position of slider if slide height error occurs.
In this paper, an automatic tape vulcanizing tank hoisting manipulator is designed to improve the accuracy and the efficiency in tape vulcanization. The hoisting manipulators control system takes Siemens S7-200 PLC as the core. By controlling two frequency converters and a solenoid valve, the hoisting manipulator not only movs along the Y-axis and Z-axis also clamps the vulcanizing mold. In addition, the hoisting manipulator communicates with the vulcanizing tank through PC / PPI bus and the RS232/485 interface port on PLC, achieving linkage production.
Based on a mathematic model of diesel generator mechanical centrifugal governor and the traditional PID control and fuzzy control, a fuzzy PID controller is designed so as to accomplish the self-adjustment of diesel generator mechanical governor parameters. The fuzzy PID controlling diesel generator mechanical governing system is simulated by Simulink and the simulation results suggest that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID control owns the merits of well dynamic property, strong robustness and better adaptability compared to the traditional PID control. Therefore, the performance of diesel generator rotate speed governing system is largely advanced.
