In order to definite the dynamic properties of full mounted converter tilting mechaism and analysis the mechanical condition of the main transmission parts in the operation process, the dynamics behavior of the converter tilting mechaism was analysied. Vibration properties of the mechaism was analyzed by using mode shapes analysis method in no external force and an external force two circumstances, tilting mechanism can be constructed 11 degree of freedom force modal, and it can further simplify 3 degrees of freedom force modal. It can find resonant frequency of tilting mechaism through the analysis of the torsion vibration angular displacement and the torsion torque. It can provide scientific basis for equipment maintenance of technical personnels.
To improve the working reliability of the high-speed gears of full mounted converter tilting device and to avoid resonance during working, the dynamics modeling of the high-speed gears is concerned. The three-dimensional model of the high-speed gears is established by using Pro/E, and the vibration modal analysis under definition contact and not definition contact are processed by using Ansys. The natural frequency and natural vibration mode of lower order vibration are obtained by the analysis, and it can be found that there has essential difference between definition contact and not definition contact. This study can provide theory basis for the normal operation of the tilting device.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
