The design of small molecules that can target the aggregation of Aβ as potential therapeutic agents for Alzheimer's disease is an area of study that has attracted a lot of attention recently. The novel ligand methyl 1-butyl-2-pyridyl-benzimidazole carboxylate was prepared for the synthesis of a series of new iridium(III), ruthenium(II), and platinum(II) 2-pyridyl-benzimidazole complexes. The crystal structure of the half-sandwich iridium(III) complex was established by X-ray diffraction. An arrangement of two cationic complexes in the unit cell is observed, and it seems to be organized by weak π···π interactions that are taking place between two symmetry-related benzimidazole ring systems. All new compounds inhibited aggregation of Aβ1-42 in vitro as shown by both thioflavin T fluorescence assay and transmission electron microscopy. Among them the Ir compound rescued the toxicity of Aβ1-42 in primary cortical neurons effectively.
However, no significant association was found in Caucasians. Conclusion: The MTHFR C677T polymorphism is associated with pancreatic cancer risk, and a race-specific effect may exist in this association. More studies with a larger sample size are needed to further clarify this association.
The purpose of this paper is to improve the NVD optical disk driver performance in combined sound system. Based on the optical valley of China-Wuhan R&D (research and development) red HD-NVD mecha system application, structural dynamic characteristics of the optical disk driver main parts and vibration isolation system can be analyzed by the multi-physical analysis software, ALGOR. Obtain the various modal parameters of vibration isolation system provides a solution of the unstable problem of the optical disk driver working performance which due to the low frequency vibration audio system. It is theoretically showed that the secondary vibration isolation system is feasible and laid the foundation for the optimization design of vibration isolation system.
For the problem of Typical Stewart Platform with small workspace and poor flexibility, the paper proposed a new 6-DOF simulator platform. The simulator platform compounds the three-bar parallel mechanism with moving degrees of freedom and the three-axis turntable with rotating degrees of freedom, it can repeat any attitude of 6-DOF in space. Effectively solve the problem of Typical Stewart Platform with small workspace and poor flexibility. Using Lagrange equation establish dynamic equation of the simulator platform, and using MATLAB in-depth analysis its dynamics. It can provide a reference for the optimal design of structural dynamic of the simulation platform.
