According to the basic mechanism of the supercharged boiler superheater, a superheater simulation model was established. The simulation about a whole superheater system including the flue gas,steam and tube wall was conducted according to the simulation model.Therefore, the internal working laws of superheater system are revealed by the simulation results.
Based on the application of the fuzzy theory,we designed a state level fuzzy controller for the marine steam power system. Compared with the level PID controller and a single-stage cascade PID level controller about disturbance response, the state level controller is more suitable for marine supercharged boiler level control because of its Smaller overshoot, shorter settling time, and other characteristics.

Comparison with design data shows that,the software use in marine nuclear power two loop system simulation analysis field, the accuracy of it is higher.
