A direct C−H bond oxidative sulfonylation of β‐alkyl cyanoalkenes with sodium sulfinates was reported. This transformation involves the use of a copper salt catalyst, along with a catalytic amount of I2 and DMSO as the oxidative system, which provides a straightforward and practical access to various cyanoallyllic sulfones.
