Penemuan kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia terus mengalami penambahan jumlah sehingga segera diperlukan upaya penanggulangan. Menyikapi hal itu, Pemprov Jateng mengeluarkan Instruksi Gubernur No.1 Tahun 2020 tentang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 di Tingkat RW melalui pembentukan Satgas Jogo Tonggo. Kelurahan Siswodipuran merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah dengan peningkatan kasus COVID-19 setiap bulannya dan ditemukan total 36 warga terkonfirmasi. Dukuh Gatak RW 05 meruapakan daerah perkotaan padat penduduk yang rawan akan penyebaran COVID-19. Seluruh wilayah RT di Dukuh Gatak pernah ditemukan kasus konfirmasi serta terdapat cluster baru penyebaran virus di wilayah tersebut, akan tetapi masih tedapat warga yang kurang peduli dan belum mengetahui akan pelaksanaan program Jogo Tonggo. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Jogo Tonggo Dukuh Gatak, Siswodipuran belum optimal, hanya sedikit kegiatan bidang Jogo Tonggo yang berhasil di implementasikan. Pelaksanaan program belum optimal disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu pelaksana yang kurang memahami tujuan dari program sehingga menyebabkan presepsi yang berbeda mengenai mekanisme pelaksanaannya. Pelaporan Jogo Tonggo tidak berjalan secara rutin dan tertulis dan tidak terdapat pelatihan anggota Satgas maupun anggaran khusus. Fasilitas dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia masih terbatas serta belum semua anggota Satgas berperan aktif karena ketergantungan yang tinggi pada Ketua RW dan pemerintah desa. SOP Jogo Tonggo tingkat RT/RW belum terbentuk, begitu juga dengan sosialisasi kepada anggota Satgas maupun masyarakat yang masih sangat minim.
Latar belakang: Pengelolaan linen turut berkontribusi pada pembentukan citra rumah sakit di masyarakat. Pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang cukup tinggi, jika dilihat dari Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) dan Average Length of Stay (AvLOS) rumah sakit. Namun, ketersediaan stok linen di rawat inap belum merata. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan linen rawat inap di Instalasi Laundry RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu indepth interview dengan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 6 orang informan utama dan 5 orang informan triangulasi. Aspek yang diteliti adalah aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen.Hasil: Pada aspek masukan menunjukkan kekurangan tenaga pelaksana di laundry, sarana dan prasarana belum memenuhi standar, dan pelaksanaan SOP belum berjalan optimal. Pada aspek proses menunjukkan tidak terdapat standar batas penggunaan linen dalam perencanaan, masih ditemukan penyimpangan pada penanganan linen kotor, masih terdapat petugas yang tidak melakukan distribusi linen bersih pada jalur linen bersih, belum semua linen yang rusak dilakukan perawatan linen, dan pengisian dokumen pelaporan linen di rawat inap belum rutin. Simpulan: Terdapat kendala pada aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen rawat inap di Instalasi Laundry RSUD Ungaran sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen. Public quite interest with inpatient services at Ungaran Hospital, Semarang Regency, when it viewed from the BOR and AVLOS of the hospital. However, the availability of linen stocks in inpatient rooms is not evenly distributed. The aim of this research was to analyze the management of inpatient linen at the Laundry Installation at RSUD Ungaran, Semarang Regency. Method: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological descriptive approach. The data collection technique was in-depth interview with purposive sampling. The research subjects consisting of 5 main informants and 5 triangulation informants. The aspects studied were the input and process aspects of linen management.Result: In the input aspect, it shows that there was a shortage of manpower laundry, the facilities and infrastructure have not met the standards, and the implementation of SOP has not been optimal. In the process aspect, it shows that there is no standard for the use of linen in planning, irregularities are still found in the implementation of handling dirty linen, there were officers who did not distribute clean linens on the clean linen route, not all damaged linens get treatment, and filling in linen reporting documents in inpatient was not routine yet. Conclusion: There are obstacles in the input and process aspects of the inpatient linen management at the RSUD Ungaran Laundry Installation, so it is necessary to improve the input and process aspects of the linen management. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of the MSS (Minimum Service Standards) program age of basic education was hampered. Andalas public health center is health center with the lowest achievement of basic education age MSS in Padang City in 2020 with an achievement of 0%. This study aims to analyze the anticipation of the Andalas public health center in Padang City in increasing the coverage of MSS for basic education age in 2021. This study uses a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with selected informants based on purposive sampling criteria. The aspects studied consist of input, process, and output variables. The results showed a lack of knowledge of officers related to Minister of Health regulations RI No. 4 of 2019, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, data collection in 2021 through nutritional status data sent by the school, July data collection was carried out via google form, services followed standard operating procedures, recording by schools, reporting sent to the Padang City Health Office, monev by the City Health Office and the Head of the Puskesmas. Andalas Health Center's efforts to pursue the 2021 target, if the pandemic ends, the puskesmas maximizes direct health checks, if the pandemic is not over, the puskesmas will conduct a health check through the google form. continue to run the program by complying with health protocols.The City Health Office is expected to conduct regular monitoring, build communication, cooperate with puskesmas, and strengthen sanctions if the MSS does not reach the target.
