900 OC mit 0, oxydiert wird. Das ebenfalls gram Strontiummanganat(V) konnte thermisch nur unter Verwendung des Hydroxosalzes Sr,[Mn(OH),] bei 250° bis 350 OC erhalten werden. Beide Verbindungen kinnen im iibrigen auch aus wiiOriger Lisung durch Reduktion von Manganat oder Permanganat mit ithano1 in Erdalkalihydroxydlisung dargestellt werden. F e r r a t e (IV). Zu Ferraten(1V) gelangt man entweder durch thermische Zersetrung von Ferraten(V1) oder durch Oxydation geeigneter Eisen-(111)-Verbindungen bei Gegenwart von Ba(OH), bzw. Sr(OH), im 0,-Strom. In reiner Form wurden die Metaferrate BaFeO, und Li,FeO, und die Orthoferrrte Ba,FeO, und Sr,FeO, als schwarze mikrokristalhe Pulver erhalten,). Ba,FeO, reagiert mit einemMol Ba(OH), weiter unter Bildung von Ra,FeO,. C o b a l t a t e (IV). Die Reihe Ba,TiO,, Ba,CrO,, Ba,FeO, findet ihre Fortsetrung in der thermisch ebenfalls leicht zuganglichen Verbindung B~,COO,~), diewiederum analogmit Ba(OH), unter Bildung von Ba,CoO, reagiert. Die hohe thermische Bestlndigkeit der Chromate(1V) und (V), der Manganate( V), Ferrate(1V) und Kobaltate( IV) spricht durchaus dagegen, daO man dime Wertigkeitsstufen als ,,anomal" bereichnet. Besonders deutlich wird dies bei den Manganaten(V), die thermisch weit bestandiger sind als die Manganate(V1). Fur die Realisierung dieser Wertigkeitsstufen ist wesentlich, daO den entsprechenden instabilen Oxyden der geeignete Reaktionspartner angeboten wird.
