Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya as one of the leading private campuses in Indonesia has a high commitment to improving the quality of higher education. One of the efforts of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya in improving the quality of higher education is through the development and improvement of every aspect of activities that refer to the Higher Education Main Performance Indicators (KPI) that have been set by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The activity program that refers to the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) is the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) activity program, which has been well implemented by the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya since 2019. However, in an effort to continuously improve the MBKM program, analysis is needed an in-depth look at readiness and the impact obtained at the level of study programs, faculties, and universities. One of the MBKM programs that refers to the KPI and needs to be analyzed is the Certified Independent Study & Internship MBKM program. On this basis, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the readiness and impact of the MBKM Internship & Certified Independent Study program at the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Based on the results obtained, the level of readiness of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya in supporting the MBKM program is quite good with an average percentage of readiness above 50%. In measuring the impact of MBKM, it is found that the MBKM policy, Internship Program and Independent Studies greatly affect the performance of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya significantly with an impact effect of 75.4%.
Employees are valuable asset in an organization. The organization can be defined as two types namely a profit or nonprofit company, and government institution. Employees as a capital human for these organization have big roles for performance measurement. Performance measurement of employee is used to determine whether the worker has been working efficient or not. Workload analysis is defined as analysis of a set or number of activities that must be completed by an organizational unit or position holder within a certain period of time. In this research, it will show employee workload analysis using two approaches in order to complete each other. Firstly, work sampling method was used to determine workload in physically. Secondly, NASA-TLX was utilized to analyze workload in mentally. Pareto method will also take a part for analysis the research result to be more comprehensive. This research has conducted in an East Java’s University-Indonesia. The respondents are employees who have each job description to do their work in each position. The employee’s workload will be calculated both physical and mental. From 25 position observed, show the job position who has strategic characteristic mostly have very high mental workload whereas the job position who has operational characteristic mostly have high physical workload
ABSTRAKProses produksi adalah proses utama dalam sebuah usaha. Dalam proses produksi entitas yang menjadi penting adalah mesin produksi. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pengelola garam di Pulau Jawa. Terdapat delapan mesin produksi yang digunakan dalam mengelola garam tersebut antara lain mesin bucket raw material, mesin pill, mesin centrifugal, mesin dry mill, mesin Fluid Bed Dryer, mesin bucket finished good, mesin konveyor bahan baku, dan mesin iodization. Masing-masing mesin memiliki tingkat frekuensi kerusakan. Mesin yang memiliki frekuensi kerusakan tinggi adalah mesin bucket raw material. Diperlukan suatu tindakan perawatan untuk mengatur perbaikan dan penggantian komponen yang rusak agar tetap mempertahankan produktivitas perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat usulan penjadwalan perawatan terhadap komponen-komponen pada mesin bucket raw material. Dilakukan dua metode dalam membuat usulan penjadwalan perawatan yaitu metode penjadwalan sederhana dan uji distribusi dengan sifat data certaintiy. Studi komparasi dilakukan atas hasil penjadwalan perawatan dan biaya penggantian komponen mesin bucket raw material pada kedua metode tersebut.Kata Kunci: biaya penggantian, penjadwalan perawatan, komponen rusak, mesin bucket raw material ABSTRACT Production process has defines as main process from business. In production system, the important entity is production machining. The object of this research is a manufacturing industry which is producing salt in East Java. Production machining that produces salt such as bucket raw material, pill machine, centrifugal machine, dry mill machine, FBD machine, bucket finished good machine, belt conveyor of raw material, and iodization machine. Each machine has each frequency of failure rate. The highest frequency of failure rate is bucket raw material. Preventive maintenance is needed in order to organize the repairing and replacing the failure component. It must be done because it is able to keep the productivity. This research has intention to give recommendation about maintenance scheduling of bucket raw material machine. In this study, two methods have been done for making maintenance scheduling. The comparison of result from two methods that consist of schedule and replacement component cost have been calculated.
PT. Rapindo Plastama merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan dan pengolahan kantong plastik kemasan. Perusahaan memfokuskan produksi plastik yang berupa lembaran (sheet) dengan proses pembuatan yaitu tiup (blow). Dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya perusahaan memiliki mesin yang menjadi penggerak utama dalam produksi yaitu mesin extruder. Sebagai mesin utama dalam produksi mesin extruder memiliki jam kerja serta resiko kerusakan yang cukup tinggi. Maka dalam penangannya mesin extruder ini memiliki pemeliharaan mesin yang baik supaya tidak mengalami breakdown serta menghasilkan produk dengan optimal. Penelitian kali ini dilakukan pada mesin extruder no.17 yang memiliki data historis kerusakan paling banyak selama 6 bulan terakhir. Lalu tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis efektivitas kinerja mesin serta tingkat keandalan komponen. Agar dapat diketahui faktor dan komponen mana yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada mesin. Lalu dari hasil penelitian dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness diketahui nilai rata-rata yang didapat dari mesin extruder no.17 selama 6 bulan terakhir sebesar 79,69%. Kemudian untuk perhitungan six big losses yang memiliki nilai rata-rata kerugian paling tinggi yaitu defect losses sebesar 12,36%. Dan untuk perhitungan tingkat keandalan yang berdasar dari Preventive Maintenance pada mesin extruder no.17 untuk 6 komponen mesin. Komponen ring memiliki tingkat keandalan 60,26% pada interval hari ke 28, komponen heater memiliki tingkat keandalan 61,41% pada interval hari ke 20, komponen winder memiliki tingkat keandalan 60,26% pada interval hari ke 53, komponen take up memiliki tingkat keandalan 62,39% pada interval hari ke 5, komponen slitting memiliki tingkat keandalan 60,64% pada interval hari ke 6.
