The objective of this research is to examine the effect of overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance to the stock investment decisions. The hypotheses are overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. This study is quantitative research, with the population is millennial investors in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The research used 98 respondents was taken using purposive sampling. The data collected through questionnaires with Google form. The method of data analyze used multiple linier regressions with the application of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22. The results showed that the overconfidence, herding behavior, and risk tolerance provided a positive and significant effect on stock investment decisions of millennial investors in Semarang City.

The main objective of the company survives in the stringent competitive by maximizing the value of the company to shareholder wealth. Firm value is experiencing a downward trend is a problem that must be resolved. The banking company also undertakes a social responsibility that is perceived to have a positive impact on the company's image. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the firm size, institutional ownership, profitability, and leverage with corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure as a variable intervening.Populations are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 29 companies selected according to predetermined criteria. This research is done by using multiple linear regression analysis methods and path analysis also Sobel test to examine the effect of intervening. Test results with CSRD as the dependent variable indicate that institutional ownership and Leverage have no effect on CSRD While firm size and profitability (ROA) have a positive significant effect on CSRD. The result of testing with Firm Value (Tobins'Q) as the dependent variable indicates that Firm Size, Institutional Ownership, and Profitability (ROA) have no effect on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). Leverage (DAR) has a negative and significant influence on Firm  Value (Tobins'Q) while CSRD has a significant positive effect on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). CSRD does not mediate the effect of Institutional Ownership, Profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DAR) on Firm Value (Tobins'Q). CSRD mediates the effect of Firm Size on Firm Value (Tobins'Q).

This study aimed to analyze the influence of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, sales growth, firm size, cash ratio, and dividend payout ratio to stock price volatility companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The populations of this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2011 to 2015. It obtained eight companies samples with technique purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the regression model panel then be adjusted again by using GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity). The results showed that the volatility of the stock price only affect without any effect ARCH-GARCH therein. Determining the best models of each prediction is based on estimated volatility GARCH (p, q). The determination of whether there is influence of the factors believed to be the determinants of stock price volatility was done by using panel data regression analysis. The results of panel data regression analysis showed that the company's stock price volatility in the research samples can be explained by 4.84% by ROE, CR, DER, DPR, company size and sales growth while the remaining 95.16% explained by other variables outside the research. Only sales growth has significant positive effect on stock price volatility. This research tries to show that information about COVID-19 affects market arousal indicated by the frequency of transactions, and the market performance shown by Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). The theory used for analysis is the prospect theory and efficient market hypothesis (EMH). The results of statistical analysis indicate that information about COVID has a negative effect on JCI, as well as trading volume the previous day. The evidence can briefly prove that there is an effect of COVID-19 and weakening daily transactions on JCI. The research findings show that the JCI market uncertainty is in line with the VUCA and Prospect theory. In this case, it occurs that uncertainty affects the behavior of investors' decision making. Investors' decision-making behavior is accumulated in market behavior, and is subsequently manifested in index changes in accordance with the efficient market hypothesis. The contribution of this research to the study of financial market behavior is that uncertainty and uncertainty faced by investors affect market behavior and changes as measured by the index.
