Meningkatnya permintaan terhadap tanah dan bangunan mengakibatkan melonjaknya pembangunan pada sektor property dan real estate. Namun yang harus diketahui adalah bagaimana suatu perusahaan mengelolah struktur modalnya. Struktur modal yang baik pasti akan memiliki dampak yang baik bagi nilai atau finansial sebuah perusahaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan property dan real estate.Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 61 perusahaan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 28 perusahaan yang diseleksi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan total sampel selama 4 tahun 112 sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan Teknik Analisis dengan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari Uji F diperoleh bahwa Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal.Pada Uji t variabel Profitabilitas dan variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal.Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate pada perusahaan property dan real estate. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan besar nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sejumlah 0,292 atau sama dengan 29,2% dapat berpengaruh dari variabel independen sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 0,64110 atau sama dengan 64,1% dipengaruhi variabel diluar penelitian.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari inventory turnover, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, dan working capital turnover terhadap return on equity pada perusahaan aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan aneka industri yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan 64 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linear regresi berganda. Koefisien determinasi dari return on equity sebesar 42,8% yang dipengaruhi oleh inventory turnover, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, dan working capital turnover. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inventory turnover, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover, dan working capital turnover secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap return on equity. Secara parsial, inventory turnover, current ratio, dan working capital turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on equity, debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return on equity, dan total assets turnover berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap return on equity.
Writing this article aims to research and analyze the influence of price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. Price is the value in money paid by consumers as a selling price of the product. Promotion is an activity in introducing products in a company with various benefits provided to customers. Product quality is the quality standard provided by the product that is expected by the customer. Issues are focused on the topics of price, promotion, product quality and purchasing decisions. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference for marketing management is used. The data were collected through interview methods, questionnaires and documentation studies and quantitatively analyzed. This study concluded that the variable price, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Medan Jaya Food Quality with a coefficient of determination of 47%.
The study aims to analyze the role of Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Cash Ratio in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio on go-public companies of consumer goods sector in the year of 2014-2018. This quantitative-desciptive research sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. 18 companies were selected as a sample purposively from 47 companies in the consumer goods sector that were members of the population. The results showed that partially, Return on Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio were proven to have a significant role in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio; while Cash Ratio is proven to have no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Simultaneously, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Cash Ratio were proven to have a significant role in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio.
