It was researched on the application of Anoda Heel Effect (AHE) with a step wedge on the effect of Signal To Noise Ratio (SNR) on Computed Radiography (CR) has been carried out. This research was conducted on a 21 step wedge with two treatments, namely the application of AHE and without the application of AHE. This measurement is repeated three times on radiographs to obtain a total image of six images (without the application of AHE as many as three images and with the application of AHE as many as three images). The results of taking radiographs using AHE and without AHE were measured using the RadiAnt Dicom Viewer program. The SNR value on the step wedge image without the AHE application has an average of 26.89. The SNR value on the step wedge image using AHE is 60.54. The results of the correlation test (Pearson correlation test) on the SNR showed that there was a significant and very strong effect of the application of AHE on the step wedge on the SNR in CR (p-value <0.001 and the R-value ranging from 0.600 to 0.799).
Pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan yang pesat, mengakibatkan tersediaannya lahan kosong/terbuka yang bervegetasi berkurang, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perubahan land surface temperature (LST). Land surface temperatur adalah temperatur pada permukan bumi yang merupakan hasil pantulan objek yang terekam oleh citra satelit pada waktu tertentu. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pengolahan LST Kabupaten Manggarai NTT periode Juni-Juli 2015-2019, menggunakan metode spasial berdasarkan citra Landsat 8. Dari hasil pengolahan maka diperoleh distribusi LST, temperatur minimum dan maksimumnya. Distribusi LST tertinggi di Kabupaten Manggarai NTT tidak hanya terjadi di daerah pusat kota yakni Kecamatan Langke Rembong, tetapi juga terjadi di daerah pinggiran yaitu Timur Laut Kecamatan Reok dan Kecamatan Wae Ri’i. LST tertinggi di Kabupaten Manggarai NTT berada pada citra tanggal 7 Juli 2018 yang mencapai 42,312 ? sedangkan LST terendah berada pada citra tanggal 4 Juli 2017 sebesar -59,307 ?. Jika dilihat dari rata-rata LST yang diperoleh, maka rata-rata LST tertinggi berada pada citra tanggal 7 Juli 2018 dengan LST rata-rata sebesar 25,683 ? sedangkan LST dengan rata-rata terendah berada pada citra tanggal 4 Juli 2017 dengan rata-rata LST sebesar 5,218 ?.
– Sound absorption research using the press brick made of cement and sand has been done. The research was conducted to determine the effect of mixture on the absorption coefficient value of sound of the brick. In this research have made three variations ratio of cement : sand, that is 1:15, 1:10 and 1: 5 at pressure of 0.30 MPa. The physical quantity measured is the intensity of sound (dB) in the cube-shaped building model (74 x 74 x 68) cm3 by using a sound level meter. The intensity of sound is determined by nomogram method by varying the sound frequency of 1 - 10 kHz for 5 minutes. It is found that the absorption coefficient value increases with increasing frequency. At frequency range of 1 – 6 kHz, brick with ratio cement : sand of 1:15 has the highest absorption coefficient value, while at frequency range of 6 - 10 kHz, brick with ratio cement : sand of 1: 5 which has the highest absorption coefficient value.
In this study, the substitution of elements Nd and Eu on the superconductor Y1-x-yNdxEuyBa2Cu4O8?? (Y-124) has been carried out using compounds Y2O3, BaCO3, CuO, Nd2O3 and Eu2O3 with molar variations of Nd (x) and Eu (y), respectively. 0, 0,05, 0,1, 0,15 and 0,2 respectively to determine the effect of Nd and Eu substitution on the volume fraction and crystal structure of the superconducting Y-124. Samples were synthesized using wet mixing method with HNO3 as solvent, followed by calcination process at 600 oC for 3 hours and sintering process at 900 oC for 10 hours. Analysis of the structure of the superconducting Y-124 was carried out by characterizing X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results of XRD characterization showed a fine and sharp spectrum which indicated that crystallization had occurred completely. The resulting spectrum was dominated by the Y-124 phase and a small percentage of the impurities were detected. Substitution of Nd and Eu elements resulted in volume fractions of 82,7 %, 83,6 %, 84,4 %, 87,0 % and 85,9 %, respectively. The volume fraction value increased with the addition of Nd and Eu from 0 to 0,15, then decreased at 0,2. This indicates that the optimization of the addition of Nd and Eu is at a value of 0,15 in the molar ratio of compounds. The substitution of Nd and Eu elements also causes changes in the lattice parameters towards the a-axis with values between 3,7549 and 3,8323 , towards the b-axis with values between 3,8094 and 3,8425 , and towards the c-axis with values between 26,7390 and 26,8970. The FTIR results show the presence of an absorption band in the YBCO region, but the sample still contains impurities which are indicated to come from BaCO3 and HNO3.
