Revolusi 4.0 banyak mempengaruhi perkembangan yang terjadi di seluruh dunia bidang informasi tidak luput dari perkembangan tersebut. Pengambilan keputusan untuk mengelola sistem ATK. Pengelolaan sistem ATK memegang kontribusi sangat esensial bagi proses persediaan ATK - alat tulis kantor pada RSUP.dr.Sitanala dalam bidang inventory, penyajian informasi laporan stok barang yang masih manual untuk permintaan barang alat tulis kantor. Perancangan bertujuan dalammempermuda update data dan pengajuan permintaan barang oleh bagian terkait. Metode analisa yang digunakan PIECES dan dirancangan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemprograman PHP. Hasil dari penelitian diharapkan dapat mempermudah RSUP dr.Sitanala dalam melakukan peningkatan kinerja dan pelayanan dalam persedian ATK.

In this study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method, the analysis method for the Unified Modeling Language (UML) program, designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and with the MySql database. This is the rationale for how the authors analyze the procurement system in RSUP. Dr. Salala can facilitate the inventory of goods requested for effective and efficient reporting.
