Rekam medis elektronik wajib diterapkan di seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan Permenkes no 24 tahun 2022. Dalam prosesnya, institusi pendidikan turut mengembangan sistem rekam medis elektronik dalam membekali mahasiswa sebelum terjun ke duia kerja. Sistem desain formulir elektronik dirancang untuk implementasi pembelajaran matakuliah manajemen dan desain formulir di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem desain formular elektronik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh mahasiswa D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai pemakai sistem sebanyak 104 mahasiswa. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal usability faktor mudah diingat merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kepuasan kurang berpengaruh pada usability penggunaan sistem. Dalam hal user experience faktor daya tarik merupakan faktor utama mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kebaruan kurang berpengaruh pada user experience dalam penggunaan sistem. Untuk meningkatkan usability dan user experience mahasiswa maka sistem perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal kebaruan dan kepuasan dengan melakukan perbaikan agar sistem terlihat lebih menarik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.
RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang sees both outpatients and inpatients to assess their health status and condition. Patient's health status and condition are classified into two groups: comorbid and co-incident. Patient claims are funded based on status and health conditions of comorbid and co-incident patients. The objectives this research is to know about the patient claim financing procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang during covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive qualitative using phenomenological. Primary data sources quotations were chosen using either purposeful sampling or criterion-based selection. The research informants are the primary informants. Informants are Hospital's first primary informant, the Coordinator of Coding Casemixes, and the second primary informant, the Nurse Coordinator of the Covid-19 Handling Room, as well as the first triangulation informant, the Head of the Medical Record Unit, and the second triangulation informant, the Head of the Covid-19 Handling Task Force. Interviews is methods for gathering data. Source triangulation is used for data triangulation. Data analysis using flow model of analysis and interactive analysis model. The result of this research are covid-19 with comorbidity or covid-19 with co-incident in patients because the guarantor is different, the case will be entered twice if it is a co-incident. If the condition is comorbid, the claim is handled separately. Previously, a claim was made for the covid-19 case, and if the covid-19 case was completed but the comorbidities persisted, the guarantor was changed from the Ministry of Health to BPJS Health. The conclusion is during the covid-19 pandemic, the procedures of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang's patient claim financing process are two, such as the guarantor from the Ministry of Health and BPJS Health. Findings on the health status and condition of patients who came to Dr. Kariadi were classified into two categories comorbid and co-incident. The research was conducted in a phenomenological descriptive qualitative manner with the data sources coming from primary informants. Sampling technique with the selection according to the criteria then conducted an interview. Flow analysis model and interactive analysis model were used to analyze the data. For Covid-19 patients with comorbidities, previously a claim was made for Covid-19 cases, and if the Covid-19 case was completed but the comorbidities persisted, the guarantor switched from the Ministry of Health to BPJS Health. The procedure for the process of financing a patient's claim at Dr. RSUP. Kariadi Semarang during the COVID-19 pandemic there were two guarantors from the Ministry of Health and BPJS Health.
Sekolah online untuk siswa di masa pandemi COVID-19 menjadi solusi sekaligus tantangan. Kegiatan ini menjadi alasan utama untuk menghindari penularan COVID-19 dan upaya menghindari pembentukan klaster baru di lingkungan universitas. Siswa berisiko mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal karena postur tubuh yang tidak ergonomis selama sekolah online. Menganalisis keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dialami siswa selama sekolah online. Variabel interpersonal responden dengan variabel yang berhubungan dengan durasi gangga muskuloskeletal. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional untuk menghubungkan antar variabel. Nordic Body Map (NBM) terdiri dari 28 item pertanyaan spesifik mengenai lokasi keluhan nyeri dengan visual analoge scales (VAS) untuk mengetahui tingkat keluhan nyeri. Respondennya adalah mahasiswa di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 148 orang. Keluhan nyeri muskuloskeletal bahu kanan 17% responden, bahu kiri 16% responden, pinggang dan bokong 15% responden, bawah leher 42 (14%) responden. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh online schooling terhadap MSDs adalah benar Usia (0,02), riwayat merokok (0,05), lama berolahraga (0,01) dan tingkat keluhan (0,01) berhubungan dengan lama keluhan yang dirasakan. Penelitian tersebut berhasil menemukan bagian tubuh yang mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal. Hospital as the health care provider institutions need to keep the employee performance as a service quality’s major factor that given to customers. K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital that gave the public health services had done to measure the internal customer (employee) satisfaction through internal customer (employee) survey since 2018. This study aims to analyze the employee’s expectation and satisfaction suitability to the factors that affect work satisfaction as a service quality development in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang. This study used survey method. Also used descriptive study design by quantitative-qualitative approach and cross sectional time. Dependent variable is internal customer (employee) satisfaction, while leadership, compensation, work environment, a promotion chance, and supervise as independent variabels. The index average of internal customer (employee) satisfaction as much as 73,8% with satisfaction details related to control of leadership 75%, compensation (75%), work environment (73%), a promotion chance (74%), and supervision (74%). This item can be concluded that internal customers (employee) in K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Regional Public Hospital Semarang 2019 is quite satisfied with the institution services seen from leadership and compensation items provided that motivated their satisfaction, but compensation and the promotion chance need to be improved.
Every month, Ustman Bin Affan Islamic School Kindergarten manually records students' weight, height, and dental health. In addition, students do not yet understand the importance of keeping themselves clean after playing. The purpose of this program is to socialize the use of the student health check application for monitoring and educating students' health so they can maintain their health during a pandemic. During four sessions, socialization of the use of the kindergarten children' health check application, education on health protocols, and education on dental health and balanced nutrition was carried out. According to the program's results, teachers now have a 135% greater understanding of how to use the application. Based on the FGDs, students understood the application of health protocols, were able to take care of their teeth to prevent damage and had a balanced nutritional diet. All students dared to come forward to re-practice the steps of washing hands, brushing their teeth and choosing a balanced nutritional diet.
