This research aims to examine the liquidity ratio at the Ao' Gading Civil Servant Cooperative PGRI Ranting Balusu in the North Toraja Regency. This research's data analysis technique is the analysis of the liquidity ratio, which consists of the current ratio and the cash ratio .In 2018, the current ratio was calculated to be 3.51 %; in 2019, it was calculated to be 3.41 %; and in 2020, it was calculated to be 3.31 %. In 2018, the cash ratio was calculated to be 0.71 %, while in 2019 and 2020, it was calculated to be 1.04 % and 1.20 %, respectively. According to the rules set forth by the State Minister for Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, current ratio calculation findings indicate that it is not good, According to the decree of the State Minister for Cooperatives and UKM of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006, dated May 1, 2006, and the outcomes of the cash ratio calculation at Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu, North Toraja Regency, they are classified as not good. According to the assessment requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives and UKM, the liquidity of the Ao' Gading PGRI Ranting Balusu Civil Servant Cooperative is rated as poor based on the study conducted with several liquidity ratio formulas, Number 06/M/KUKM/2006 does not mean that it is illiquid but the cooperative does not optimize its current assets because its cash is still too small compared to its receivables even though its current assets are greater than its current liabilities.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan melalui prosedur pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rumus CSI dil lengkapi dengan tabel customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 82% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Gandrial Coffee Shop di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja berada pada kategori sangat puas.
The success factors for Village Owned Enterprises (BUMLem) are human resource management. So far, the quality of human resources or managers working at BUMLem is generally still very low, this is indicated by the still low quality of products, limited ability to develop new products, slow application of technology, and weak business management. The purpose of this activity is to support the development and progress of existing businesses in Lembang in particular. The method in this service begins with initial research (initial assessment) of problems and helping problems is carried out with focus group discussion (FGD) activities both with BUMLem Batu Rumbu administrators, village heads and the local community. It is hoped that the results of assisting BUMLem management governance will increase community income. It is hoped that in the future BUMLem will be able to carry out functional governance management including human resource governance, production and marketing. BUMLem is able to be more mature and wise in responding and quickly finding solutions to any problems that occur when the business is growing.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of health protocol-based services Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy for consumer satisfaction GrabCar transportation service during the covid-19 pandemic.This reseacrh uses associative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were students at the Atma Jaya Makassar University in the category of having used GrabCar based on health protocols or GrabCar Protect at least once. Data collection techniques using non-probability methods, the purposive sampling technique. The results of this study F test, show that the health protocol-based service variables consisting of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction using GrabCar transportation services by Atma Jaya University Makassar students.
The purpose of this study was to analyze working capital turnover at UD during the 2018-2020 period. Karya Cipta Mandiri, North Toraja Regency. This type of research is qualitative. Data obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is working capital analysis and working capital turnover. The results of this study indicate that in 2018, the working capital turnover rate was 34.60 times. In 2019, the working capital turnover rate increased by 35.32 times. In 2020, the working capital turnover rate decreased by 32.13 times, due to the covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world.
