Rice is the staple food of the majority of Indonesians and most of the population work as farmers. However, the amount of rice produced are still insufficient. To meet the rice needs for the society, it should increase the amount of rice production by focusing on rice field quality such as the water level rice fields. In this study a prototype rice field irrigation system is designed using AWD irrigation method by regulating open activation and closing the inlet gate and exit gate based on the age of paddy which are calculated using RTC and the height of paddy water measured using ultrasonic sensors. The system also designed to receive input from the age of paddy and deactivate the system from the mobile application through the ESP8266 module. Test results from this system can measure water level with accuracy of 95.68% and read real-time time with 98.67% accuracy. The servo motor NFC DS04 works to open the door with a duration of 60 seconds and closes the door with a duration of 56 seconds. The paddy irrigation regulating system can regulate the water level with a success percentage of 81.48%. The system can receive input and deactivate the system with a percentage of success of 70%.
There are still a lot area that have not goten water from PDAM, therefore, people try to make artesian well made by themselves. Although, not all of them can afford to make their own artesian well. Therefore, governtment make a national program called Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS). Therefore, we need a technology which can detect and purify water turbidity for the water that people use everyday. People can see wether the water is decent to be consumed and if not therefore the system can pour alum automatically. The designed system in the form of conected hardware and software to monitor water quality based on turbidity and water pH through smartphone. Hardware system include microcontroller Arduino Uno, LDR sensor, pH sensor, servo motor, Sim808 modul and LED. The used softwares in this research are android aplication and firebase database. The system can save turbidity and pH data therefore, people can monitor through their smartphone and get information about level of the water. The goal of this system is to make people’s life become more easier to know the water’s condition and purify the water which will be used without going to the water tub
Produk unggulan nagari adalah produksi utama sebuah nagari dimana sebagian besar masyarakatnya menggantungkan hidup pada produk tersebut. Nagari Bukik Batabuah terkenal dengan produksi unggulan masyarakatnya berupa Susu Kambing. Produk unggulan nagari ini memiliki citra rasa khas dan kualitas yang baik, akan tetapi produk-produk unggulan nagari ini masih hanya dikenal oleh kalangan terbatas dan dipasarkan dalam ruang lingkup yang kecil. Industri susu kambing di nagari Bukik Batabuah di bawah unit pengolahan susu (UPS) kelompok tani Rantiang Ameh. Susu kambing sudah memiliki pasar tersendiri dikarenakan khasiatnya yang banyak untuk kesehatan. Susu kambing dipercayai dapat menyembuhkan penyakit asma, gangguan pernapasan, asam urat, diabetes, osteoporosis, rematik dan mag. UPS Rantiang Ameh baru berproduksi tahun 2014 saat ini pemasarannya menyerap 30 L susu kambing per harinya. Masih rendahnya pengetahuan produsen industri di nagari tentang penggunaan media website, sosial media dan market place menjadikan wilayah pemasaran produk unggulan nagari tidak mengalami perkembangan yang berarti dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun belakangan. Oleh karena itu, pada pengabdian masyarakat ini, program studi Sistem Komputer berencana untuk mengenalkan pemanfaatan digital marketing untuk produk unggulan nagari di Nagari Bukik Batabuah, Kabupaten Agam.
This research was conducted with the aim of detecting and neutralizing cigarette smoke in a room using a messaging application—in this term is Telegram as notification to the user. The system is also equipped with room temperature and humidity monitoring features. In a room that is exposed to cigarette smoke does not have good air circulation, it will cause cigarette smoke not to come out quickly, this problem which will interfere with health, because of the smoke that is inhaled. In this case, we need a system that can detect and neutralize cigarette smoke. For cigarette smoke detection using the MQ-7 sensor, the DC fan and Ozone Generator will automatically turn on if the value on the MQ-7 sensor is greater than or equal to 74 Ppm and the system will also send a notification via Telegram that cigarette smoke is detected. This serves to neutralize air contaminated with cigarette smoke in the room. To monitor room temperature and humidity using the DHT11 sensor and the results of room temperature and humidity monitoring will be displayed on the mobile application.
This system is designed to know a car accident has happened and also to track a car location,when the accident happened, the system will send accident’s location data to user/familyAndroid application. Thus, user/family knows the accident and they can call the authorities orambulance as soon as possible to help accident’s victim. This system uses some componentssuch as Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, accelerometer sensor MMA7361 as an accelerationdetector, SIM808 Module as a GSM/GPRS network provider and also as GPS sensor. Thissystem tracks the car’s location continuously then the location will be displayed on maps ofAndroid application in the form of a blue marker. Based on this research the accelerationvalues of x-axis and y-axis of the accelerometer which are included in the accident category,which is ≥9g, when an accident occurs the system will send an accident notification toAndroid application and displayed on maps of Android application in the form of a redmarker, to inticipate of no internet connection an SMS with Google maps’s link of accidentlocation is also sent to the user/family.
