AbstrakAdonan kerupuk merah merupakan campuran dominan tepung dan air yang biasanya diaduk secara tradisional menggunakan tangan. Kajian ini menumpukan perhatian pada rancang bangun alat pengaduk yang dapat memproses adonan secara mekanik. Pada rancang bangun digunakan 2 buah sirip pengaduk yang terpasang dikedua sisi poros dengan putaran motor 1450 rpm. Speed reducer mereduksi putaran dengan rasio 1:30. Alat pengadukan adonan juga dilengkapi dengan proses pencetakan yang menggunakan screw sebagai pendorong adonan ke cetakan yang terpasang satu poros dengan sirip pengaduk. Rancang bangun menghasilkan putaran yang dikeluarkan ke poros pengaduk sebesar 24 rpm, yang mampu memproses adonan dalam sekali pengadukan seberat 87,53 kg berupa campuran tepung dengan indukan. Dengan adanya alat pengaduk adonan dan pencetak kerupuk merah ini dapat mengurangai pemakaian waktu dan meringankan kerja operator pada saat produksi. Sehingga dengan menerapkan alat bantu ini dapat meningkatkan jumlah produktivitas sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. This study focuses attention on the design of a mixer that can process a dough mechanically. In the design, 2 stirring fins are used which are attached to both sides of the shaft with a motor rotation of 1450 rpm. Speed reducer reduces rotation by a ratio of 1:30. The dough stirring device is also equipped with a molding process that uses a screw to propel the dough to the mold, which is attached to one axis with the mixing fin. The design produces a rotation that is issued to the stirring shaft at 24 rpm, which is able to process the dough in one stirring weighing 87.53 kg in the form of flour mixture. It is hoped that the benefits from the design of the dough mixer and red cracker molders will reduce time usage and ease the work of the operator during production. So that, by applying this tool can increase the amount of productivity while increasing people's income. Keywords: dough, red cracker, strirring fins.
Abstrak Salah satu jenis system informasi yang saat ini mengalami perkembangan pesat adalah RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Sistem tersebut digunakan memiki fleksibilitas yang tinggi, mudah digunakan, serta sangat sesuai pada aktivitas yang memerlukan otomatisasi. Sisem ini juga telah digunakan untuk menggantikan fungsi sistem Barcode yang dianggap kurang fleksibel terutama dalam hal tracerability. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggali potensi penerapan RFID dalam bidang pertanian, baik dalam perkembangan teknologi, aplikasi apa saja yang dapat digunakan dengan RFID, kendala serta Prospeknya. Hal tersebut guna membantu dalam mengarahkan sector pertanian sesuai dengan revolusi 4.0, agar pertanian di daerah kecil utamanya, mampu bersaing di globalisasi. Adapun metoda yang digunakan adalah dengan review terhadap Jurnal penelitian sehubungan dengan RFID, dan aplikasinya di Dunia Pertanian. Dari 100 Jurnal yang diunduh, hanya sekitar 53 Jurnal yang sejalan dengan tujuan review ini. Adapun sumber JUrnal adalah. Google Scholar, World Web of Science (WWS), Science Direct dan jurnal open access lainnya. AbstrakPada proses produksi, pengaturan parameter poses memegang peranan penting terhadap tercapainya mutu produk yang dihasilkan. Pada proses pengelasan, salah satu parameter proses pengelasan yang harus diperhatikan adalah besar arus pengelasan. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui besar kuat arus yang sesuai pada proses pengelasan material ST 37 menggunakan proses pengelasan MIG (Metal Inert Gas). Pengujian dilakukan dengan memvariasikan besar kuat arus pengelasan yaitu pada 90A, 100A, 110A serta 120A. Pengujian tarik dilakukan terhadap hasil pengelasan tersebut. Hasil pengujian tarik menunjukkan, pengelasan menggunakan kuat arus sebesar 110A memberikan nilai yang maksimum pada beberapa besaran pengujian. Untuk nilai tegangan tarik, σ memiliki nilai 16.9 kg/mm2, modulus elastisitas, E, 3.14 kg/mm2 serta Regangan ε, 5.42%. Kata kunci: pengelasan, Metal Inert Gas, Tegangan Tarik, modulus elastisitas AbstractThe appropriate production parameter process plays an important role in fulfill the quality of the products such as mechanical properties like tensile strength and percentage of elongation of MIG welded joints. Likewise, in the welding process, one of the welding process parameters that is welding current must be considered, since the welding current is most influential parameters affecting weld penetration, deposition rate, weld bead geometry and quality of weld metal. Variation of welding current on MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process on ST 37 specimen was to examine the effects on like tensile strength and percentage of elongation and elasticity modulus. From the experiment, it is found that when welding current increased up to 110 Ampere the tensile strength tends to incline then slightly decline when welding current increased, modulus elasticity value and percentage of elongation value as well. The maximum value of tensile strength 16.9 kg/mm2 percentage of elongation value 5.42%. and modulus of elasticity 3.14 kg/mm2 were gained at 110 ampere welding current Keywords: welding process, Metal Inert Gas, Tensile strength, elasticity modulus ,percentage of elongation
This study aims to investigate the influence of shot penning on fatigue crack growth rate of chemical milling product Al 2524-T3 which have been stretched. This alloys were stretched beyond yield stress, namely 1%, 3% and 5% of each, and then performed chemical milling process of one side. The etching used in chemical milling process were NaOH+Na2S+H2O solutions with certain concentration. The surface was performed shot penning process with varying intensity of 0.03 A, 0.05 A and 0.07 A, respectively. These material were then tested its crack growth rate. The crack growth rate tests were performed under 20% stress level, stress ratio of 0.3 and at frequency 7-13 Hz. The average of crack propagation data against the cycle number were processed using an incremental method, in accordance with ASTM E647 standard, to obtain crack growth rate curve (da/dN vs. ΔK). The results show that the increase of shot penning intensity has no significant effect on the fatigue life, with the growth average of 4,5%. The highest increase occurred at the shot intensity of 0.03 A, 0.2 times its chemical milling, while the lowest decrease occurred at the shot intensity of 0.07A, 0.012 times its chemical milling. The crack retardation effect at the beginning of the crack plays a role in reducing the crack propagation rate.
