Wearable textile electronics are highly desirable for realizing personalized health management. However, most reported textile electronics can either periodically target a single physiological signal or miss the explicit details of the signals, leading to a partial health assessment. Furthermore, textiles with excellent property and comfort still remain a challenge. Here, we report a triboelectric all-textile sensor array with high pressure sensitivity and comfort. It exhibits the pressure sensitivity (7.84 mV Pa −1 ), fast response time (20 ms), stability (>100,000 cycles), wide working frequency bandwidth (up to 20 Hz), and machine washability (>40 washes). The fabricated TATSAs were stitched into different parts of clothes to monitor the arterial pulse waves and respiratory signals simultaneously. We further developed a health monitoring system for long-term and noninvasive assessment of cardiovascular disease and sleep apnea syndrome, which exhibits great advancement for quantitative analysis of some chronic diseases.

Pulse wave carries comprehensive information regarding the human cardiovascular system (CS), which is essential for directly capturing CS parameters. More importantly, cuffless blood pressure (BP) is one of the most critical markers in CS. Accurately measuring BP via the pulse wave for continuous and noninvasive diagnosis of a disease associated with hypertension remains a challenge and highly desirable. Here, a flexible weaving constructed self‐powered pressure sensor (WCSPS) is reported for measurement of the pulse wave and BP in a noninvasive manner. The WCSPS holds an ultrasensitivity of 45.7 mV Pa−1 with an ultrafast response time of less than 5 ms, and no performance degradation is observed after up to 40 000 motion cycles. Furthermore, a low power consumption sensor system is developed for precisely monitoring pulse wave from the fingertip, wrist, ear, and ankles. A practical measurement is performed with 100 people with ages spanning from 24 to 82 years and different health statuses. The discrepancy between the measured BP results using the WCSPS and that provided by the commercial cuff‐based device is about 0.87–3.65%. This work demonstrates an efficient and cost‐effective way for human health monitoring, which would be a competitive alternative to current complex cardiovascular monitoring systems.

An all-textile triboelectric sensor (ATTS) for capturing human gestures and wearable teleoperated human–machine interaction.

Radical translocation processes triggered by nitrogen-centered radicals (NCRs), such as 1,5-hydrogen atom transfers (1,5-HAT), demonstrated by the well-established Hofmann-Löffler-Freytag (HLF) reaction, provide an attractive approach for the controllable and selective functionalization of remote inert C(sp3)–H bonds. Here we report an amidyl radical-triggered site-selective remote C(sp3)–H heteroarylation of amides under organic photoredox conditions. This approach provides a mild and highly regioselective reaction affording remote C(sp3)–H heteroarylated amides at room temperature under transition-metal free, weakly basic, and redox-neutral conditions. Non-prefunctionalized heteroarenes, such as purines, thiazolopyridines, benzoxazole, benzothiazoles, benzothiophene, benzofuran, thiazoles and quinoxalines, can be alkylated directly. Sequential and orthogonal C–H functionalization of different heteroarenes by taking advantage pH value or polarity of radicals has also been achieved. DFT calculations explain and can predict the site-selectivity and reactivity of this reaction. This strategy expands the scope of the Minisci reaction and serves as its alternative and potential complement.
