The pantograph-catenary system, which ensures the transmission of electrical energy, is a critical component of a high-speed electric multiple unit (EMU) train. The pantograph-catenary arc directly affects the power supply quality. The Chinese Railway High-speed (CRH) is equipped with a 6C system to obtain pantograph videos. However, it is difficult to automatically identify the arc image information from the vast amount of videos. This paper proposes an effective approach with which pantograph video can be separated into continuous frame-by-frame images. Because of the interference from the complex operating environment, it is unreasonable to directly use the arc parameters to detect the arc. An environmental segmentation algorithm is developed to eliminate the interference. Time series in the same environment is analyzed via cluster analysis technique (CAT) to find the abnormal points and simplified arc model to find arc events accurately. The proposed approach is tested with real pantograph video and performs well.

Clustering methods in data mining are widely used to detect hotspots in many domains. They play an increasingly important role in the era of big data. As an advanced algorithm, the density peak clustering (DPC) algorithm is able to deal with arbitrary datasets, although it does not perform well when the dataset includes multiple densities. The parameter selection of cut-off distance dc is normally determined by users’ experience and could affect clustering result. In this study, a density-peak-based clustering method is proposed to detect clusters from datasets with multiple densities and shapes. Two improvements are made regarding the limitations of existing clustering methods. First, DPC finds it difficult to detect clusters in a dataset with multiple densities. Each cluster has a unique shape and the interior includes different densities. This method adopts a step by step merging approach to solve the problem. Second, high densities of points can automatically be selected without manual participation, which is more efficient than the existing methods, which require user-specified parameters. According to experimental results, the clustering method can be applied to various datasets and performs better than traditional methods and DPC.

The handing over of cooperative guidance is a new problem of network anti-aircraft missile weapon system. The goal is to change the un-matching status which damage zone of one missile and guidance zone of one radar. Some articles are about of this issue but the research is not in-depth. This article provided a detailed analysis of the components of anti-aircraft missile system and engagement flow. It gives some definition and concept of cooperative guidance. The AAWS (Anti-aircraft Weapon System) for AAM (Anti-aircraft Missile) cooperative guidance model is established. It contains concept model of system, coordinate transaction model, errors model and radar tracking probability model. Radom errors are simulated. The Monte-Carlo method is used to have the relationship between errors and cooperative guidance ship probability. The reliable of cooperative guidance model is proved by simulation, which established in this paper. The results of error analysis can be used for precision controlling.

Background and Objective. In view of the imperfection of the current public art evaluation system and practical utility detection system, this paper designs and invents a psychotherapy effect detector of public art based on ResNet network and EEG imaging. The detector includes sensor signal acquisition unit, signal storage and transmission unit, and human-computer interaction visualization unit. The detector is designed in order to test the psychotherapy effect of public art and quantify the public’s evaluation of public art to improve the public art evaluation system. Methods. The EEG emotion dataset seed is used for feature extraction with DE, and the emotion is recognized by ResNet. Adam optimizer is used to classify the extracted DE through ResNet50 model. Each batch is set as 5 groups of data and is trained for 50 rounds, then the model is optimized, and the accuracy rate is 76.47%, which output the probability of good emotion through the model. We put the model optimized by ResNet into the intelligent module and visualize it with numerical value. Results. The detector designed by EEG data and ResNet50 optimization model has high accuracy. The results show that the error between the detector data and the questionnaire interview data is small, the average error is 2.77, and the accuracy is 97%. The closer the subject’s emotion before the test is to neutral emotion, the closer the questionnaire result is to the test result of the tester, and the smaller the error is. The difference between the tester data and the survey questionnaire data is 0.2, which is in good agreement and has small error. It can be seen that the detector has high accuracy. Conclusion. Our proposed public art psychotherapy effect detector has good accuracy in detecting users’ emotions. It can detect the group psychotherapy effect of public art and can classify and screen a large number of public arts in the city by quantitative methods. It provides support for further summarizing the practical utility of public art and provides a new way for the optimal design and follow-up evaluation of public art design.
